Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

If you like paying an astronomical amount for a burnt pizza this is the place for you. I just spent $35 for a burnt pizza and some frozen cheese sticks. After actually having a slice….there wasn’t hardly any sauce at all on it. So burnt with no sauce and ended up tossing the pizza out. I will never go back. Thanks for basically stealing my money. SAVE YOUR MONEY, I WISH I HAD. Mgr. offers a coupon for a free pizza and should have offered my money back. I would have happily gave them their BURNT PIZZA back. $35 in the trash. Update: I thought I would give them another try. I’m glad that I didn’t know because I went online to look at their prices and it’s ridiculous. They charge almost more than anybody else in town and there’s plenty of other places that are better than these guys. Even Bernie and Betty’s is only charging $22 and their pizza is way better than these guys. And if I order the other pizza from Bernie and Betty’s, it’s like $18 And once again, it’s way...

I’ve lived in Springfield all my life and I am 62 years old. This was the first time I’ve ever been to Monical’s Pizza. It was also the last time I’ll ever be there. My wife and I sat down to eat in the dining room and there were no other customers in the building. While waiting over 30 minutes to get our food, another table of customers were seated. They were served their food within five minutes, and the waiter then told us that our order was just now being started and should be ready in 10 minutes or so. After 35 minutes, we left the building after being told this. What a joke. I will never ever visit this place again. I hope that poor waiter quits his job because we would’ve left a good tip for him and he had no other customers except for the people who walked in after us. Shame on the...

Waited for at least a half hour for the server to even come over to get our drinks then it was another 20 minutes after she took our drink orders for her to bring them back to us. Then 10 minutes later we finally got to order our food. Then at least a hour to get that back and it was only me my wife and our 2 yr old daughter who was eating dinner and the bill was $47! For a thing they call a triangle pizza and a chicken strip kids meal and a half order of baked spaghetti or something like that. We will never go back. Just wanted to let you guys know how our experience went and to tell everyone not to even waste there time or if you do go there don't plan on it being quick and having anything to do after that because you might as well cancel your plans because you will be there for 3...
