The chicken is good. The fries are ok, got the food to go so fries were not fresh out of the oil like they would be if you ate it there. But all in all a great experience. 8-1-21 Visited Raising Canes again now that the dining room was open. I did not wait long to have my order taken. I got the sandwich combo. I was getting my drink and my name was called. The sandwich builder had a question due to I asked for plain, and instead of getting it wrong he asked how i wanted it. I really appreciate that kind of service. I did not get his name or i would have included it here.. When I got my food, it was hot and the amount was great. The fries were awesome hot and crisp. The sandwich was awesome, the bun was fresh and lightly toasted. The chicken strips were hot and crisp. All the food was very good. The dining room was clean, while I was eating 2 of the employees came out to make sure the dining room was clean, then one took care and stocked the fountain drink area. All in all it was a great dining experience. I would recommend this Raising Canes to family and friends. 10-24-21 Did the on line order. It was easy and fast. Got to curbside parking at 11:42. I waited, a car that got here after I did, got served first. I got my order at 11:54. I ordered 6 chicken fingers and 2 side orders of fries, I got the 6 fingers but only 1 side o fries. At 11:55 I called the restaurant and told them they said thy would send another order out. At 12:03 someone came out to confirm I did not get the 2nd fries.I got the 2nd order of fries at 12:04. This was a bad experience it took so long. the chicken fingers and other set of fries were now cold. The service at this Cane's has been on a downward spiral for a while. 3-20-22 Another not too good visit. for some reason they were packing dine in orders in to go containers and putting them in bags. now why they would do this I do not know. it cost them more than using the dine in platters. well, when I opened the container the fries barley covered the bottom of the compartment. I felt ripped off. With this location when you come here enough times you get to know who is doing the order filling and when it is certain employees I just turn and leave. there is one that has yet to get my order right. I order a plain sandwich and 4 of the last times he has been working they have come with everything. they need to go through their staff and make thing consistent so that you get the same amount of everything every time. one time you will get a mountain of fries and others you will get very little. this management team needs to clean up it's employees acts. On this visit the food was excellent it was hot prepared well. The employees were fantastic they greeted me when I came in the door. They knew my order so they called it out before I even got to the register then they rang me up knew exactly what I wanted and before I even finish getting my drink my order was ready to go awesome job.

I love Raising canes chicken. So much that I drove 2 hrs to get some. But I was slightly disappointing with the outcome. The service and speed of receiving my food was great, it was the product I ordered a 3 finger combo to go. So when I got back in my car and on the road to home I went to open my meal at first glance I was excited and 🤤drooling for chicken. I always start off with the toasted bread. Yummy šŸ˜‹. But then I looked over and saw 1 of my 3 chicken fingers was a measly half a finger (see pic below) and the little shuffle of French šŸŸfries looks like the little pieces at the bottom of the bag. I decided to start with the fries since they were already like there and looking like puney little pieces. The temp of them were kind of cold as of they ran out fries and found a few pieces lying around šŸ˜ž. Then after a few of them I moved on to my little half a 🐄finger 😳. It was old tasting and not warm. But afterward to my delight I went in for my 2nd full piece of chicken and that one piece was great, hot, fresh and tasty. However by the time I was done drowning my taste buds with the yummy sweet tea of the devastating taste of the bad stuff I was too full to finish my last tender and few fries. I just hope next time I get fresh fries and full 3 chicken fingers.

I used to go to RC in Reno, NV. It was a favorite place of mine. I was excited to learn there was one in Springfield. My husband and I went today while we were in town, and frankly, I'll never go back. We both ordered the 4 pc finger meal, but hardly tasted what we were eating. The music was so loud you had to shout to be heard by anyone. Add crying babies to that (which the restaurant has no control over, obviously) and you have a cacophony that does not lend itself to a pleasant dine-in experience. My husband is a vet with PTSD and he was negatively affected by the environment. I do NOT have PTSD, but the sensory overload from the music volume was extremely unpleasant. We couldn't wait to leave the restaurant. We did not finish our meal, we boxed it and left. Again, we will never be back. I highly suggest the #8 meal at Cheddar's, the chicken fingers are superior to RC's, the environment is one where you can easily hold a conversation.
