If can give a -āļø i'm gonna make it triple! I had this incident friday afternoon. I rush while the heavy rain and thunder is rough just to buy the white pasta as my daughter requested it. Upon reaching to the cashier, the lady asked me if im ready to check out and i did not realize that my membership card wasnt with me. So, the cashier lady told me i can go to the CS and get a temporary card. I went to CS and ask nicely and told them that it happens my membership card left home and if they can issue me the temp card. Giving them all the details, unfortunately they were not very helpful. As i was told that it has to be the main card holder to be present. The membership card is name under my husband and told them whatever info they need i can share. They said "call your husband and bring the card" i said my husband is working at night and he's sleeping right now and you guys would like me to call him to bring the card? Told them that i probably let him be to give him a piece of a break! It wasnt done on that point that makes my blood pressure shoot up! Another staff and another staff came and it did not give any solution. I was been told that in able to check out my items i have to get my own membership card! I can't believe it! I am married to the person under this membership and yet i have to buy another membership coz the main member is not present!!! That is freaking wow!!! All i am asking is a temp card and i am able to show couples of old receipt from sam's which is under my husband. They totally wasted lots of time and my time! I should've left and get the membership at home! Before this happen when i entered the entrance their isnt any cart available and customers are waiting at the entrance for the push carts i am calmly waiting on the side hoping some carts might be coming. One staff came to me and said that i have to get my own push cart on the cart bay as it was raining and it safety hazard protocol blah blah and they would not get the push cart from outside. (Okay, i get it! If you have this protocol for safety then you should stop your operation when it is raining!!! Instead of letting your customers get the push carts by themself!). What i did was i went out again under the rain and took my push cart!!! I am not paid to do a job for sam's club and it isnt funny that you let your customers do the job for yah! It wasnt a really good day but just to let you know it is so devastating that the management of sam's has this kind of policy and for me that is totally stupid. Thats not very helpful and you're not making it very easy for your customers. I could see a lot of aged people carrying on his shoulder a whole bunch of tissue paper and seriously pity the old man without a push cart coz it is your policy that when it's raining it is against safety hazard for your staff to get it from the push cart bay. That is totally crazy! And your Customer Service desk people are useless! They can't help! They can't think solution!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you are looking for tires or tire service, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I did not take my own advice. This isn't the first time I've had problems with the customer service at the tire center at this Sam's location. On 12/13/2016, I made sure I was there before 7 am when they opened, hoping to be one of the first in line to have tires rotated. No issue there, everyone else was trying to get in at the Sunshine location, the Sunshine tire center was booked past 2 pm this day. There was no one at this Sam's competing to be 1st in line. Should have taken the hint, but I did not. The person making the arrangements (maybe George?) took my keys and information. He asked if I would be waiting on my vehicle. I explained that I would and be shopping in the store while they did the tire rotation. After 25 mins. and completing the shopping I returned to the counter. I asked George if my vehicle was ready. (I had frozen items that I would have liked to have put in a cooler that I left in the truck if my vehicle wasn't ready.) George tells me that they have not even started on my vehicle. This is the first time that he informed me that; "there was a tire truck there and that had to be unloaded before service on my vehicle could begin". Stunned, I'm sure that I looked like a deer in headlights, I asked "my vehicle has not made in into the bay yet?". George again informed me that; "there was a tire truck there and that had to be unloaded before service on my vehicle could begin". I questioned why didn't he let me know this when I handed over my keys and information. He lets me know, for the third time; "there was a tire truck there and that had to be unloaded before service on my vehicle could begin". After asking for my keys and reminding George that this was not the first issue I've had with this tire center, I turned to leave and let George know that I would not be making the mistake of bringing my tire business to this store again, he was courteous enough to laugh. What a waste of time, will never get that time back. I put off other necessary activities to get my tires rotated that morning. There have been several experiences similar to mine described in these reviews. Again, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start by saying I love Sam's and their prices! However, my exprience on Saturday March 4th was not very pleasant. I went to the snack area to get a soda and was going to get a small Icee for my 3 yr old son. The guy at the register told me they only have one size cup which is a 32 oz cup for a toddler that is way to big. I saw a stack of small white foam cups sitting to the side so I asked him if I could get an Icee in that cup. He says no we have no way to charge them out, I said okay well what if you charge me for another big cup and just give me the small one instead he said he cannot do that because his inventory will be off. If I haven't worked in retail I would understood however I know there is always a way to get around it. He was very rude during this whole exchange! So I just get one big cup and get my soda and go to get my cart and do my shopping, as I am getting my cart I pass back by the register and hear the gentleman talking to a manager about what happened and the manager proceeds to talk about me as I am standing behind her and she doesn't know it was me this happened with. I let them finish their exchange about me and then confront him about it because a customer pulled the manager aside. I apologized to the gentleman that I was such a burden to him and his managers day. The manager's name was Chelsea. I just found it very unprofessional that the manager stands around and talks about customers that way. The job of the manager is to understand the wants of the costumer and explain why they couldn't do something or find a way to deliver what the customer needs. I am not a very needy person or asked for an impossible task. I was just trying to keep a very sleepy 3 yr old satisfied while doing our...
