Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

Today Tuesday July 1 2025 between 7pm and 7:30pm I had asked my dad if he can pick me up a meal from Subway and it was the absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had from any Subway they hide the meat and cheese behind a metal thing now so my dad didn’t realise that the lady didn’t put any cheese or grilled chicken on my sandwich and basically just gave me a BLT but still charged me for a grilled chicken with bacon so my dad brought my sandwich back and instead of her giving me a new sandwich she heated up the chicken put it on my sandwich and then reheated the entire sandwich again with all the vegetables so when I opened it when my dad got back it was not a sandwich it was so soggy I basically had a soup with most of the liquid drained out and my sandwich fell on the floor and my dog ate it because it bled through the paper and ripped a hole right through the paper so for whoever made my sandwich I hope for now on during your shift you get all the worst customers because I just spent my last $20 on food I didn’t even get to eat and if it wasn’t for the greedy dog in this house that loves to steal everyone’s food I would’ve showed a picture of that mess of a...

Horrible employees and owners. I went in and had ordered two grinders and when asked if I could add cheese to my sandwiches the lady started rolling her eyes and got only worse when I asked for it to be toasted. The entire time she kept rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. When it came time to cash out I had received text message coupons from subway and told her I would like to use one, she then told me no and that if I wanted to use them I can go to a different subway. I was shocked. So I paid and left, I emailed for the survey and the owners emailed me back didn’t apologize for their workers or anything just told me thanks for the feedback and maybe she was having a rough day. Subway is still a nice place for a different kind of meal, helped only by their page of coupons recently in a Sunday paper. But some things have changed. Their type of bread selections have dropped way down with a couple of them being plain wraps. And the number of veggie add-ons has also dropped way down to about 9 or 10 with sliced hot peppers, sliced pickles and olives among them which a lot of people normally don't put on grinders, just the cheaper veggies. The girl making my grinders actually counted the number of what she put on them for both meat & cheese and then smothered everyting in lettuce until I couldn't see anything else. The thickness of what's between the bread sides comes No-where near what the pictures on the coupon page or the poster's in the store...
