I ordered a total of three times. The first time I ordered two out of the three items of my order were messed up. I was missing an item and got the wrong flavor of biscotti that I ordered. I called and spoke with Trinity who was very nice and understanding and offered me a comp for what I was missing. Second time I ordered was fine, and now the third time was a disaster. Not only was the employee very rude and short with me when I had asked for a simple request for my order over the phone ahead of time, But I had gotten an email saying that my coffee would be refunded and when I called to see what was going on I was told that they were out of one of the specifications for my order and apparently tried to call me three times. I never received a call from the restaurant, they were calling the number for the doordash driver⦠Then after a few minutes of going back-and-forth they said they would put my coffee I had ordered with the delivery order and they never did. The only reason Iām even giving a two star review was because of how nice Trinity was when I had called the other day. Aside from that whoever the employee was that was working this morning was extremely short and rude I am trying to get off the phone with me the entire phone call. I work in food service as A general manager of a restaurant and I do not appreciate the service that I received. Prior to The Bean, I had no brand loyalties, carried 5 different stamp cards and stuck to the same variation of drink wherever I went. I have to admit, the staff are wizards or something. Theyāve gotten me to try dozens of drink variations, trying to find me a new signature drink. Iāve even come up with a few of my own, to no fault of the staff, that were gag worthy (do not get a caramel apple frozen coffee, thatās my bad) but still worth it.
Every single drink that Iāve given them creative control over, have been a delight to guzzle down to get my day rolling. Psst, try a snowy iced americano or Caramel peanut butter frozen coffee.
