Ordered online which we were forced to do by the person who rudely answered the phone. This is what we received ! Disgusting, when we called the lady was rude and unprofessional and forced us to leave and drive to location to return! Ridiculous. Never ordering from here again! Update….changed to three stars cause it was replaced. Picking up from now smh…….second update today we tried to give this joke of a place a second try and ordered off the menu the have published online our bill would have been around 54 in total and instead they charged us more then 70 dollars for one large pizza and a 24 piece of wings. The rude woman who took order didn’t correct us and let us know the menu published online is incorrect and now they only offer 12 pieces and it would be two separate orders. Mind you on slice they currently honor the same price of 24 wings for 30 dollars. I attached proof below. So when we called they tried to correct us but couldn’t correct us before! During my recent trip to Springfield, I couldn’t resist stopping by Tony’s Pizza with my family of 12 (plus a baby, lol). I can’t even begin to express how impressed I was! The pizza was absolutely fresh, delicious, and more than enough to satisfy our large group. The wings were perfect too—just the right amount of breading, and the buffalo wings weren’t overly saucy, which made them even better.

But honestly, the best part wasn’t just the food; it was the incredible service we received. Despite our huge group, everyone was so kind, patient, and understanding. My mom, who’s been gravely ill, has always loved Tony’s, so I made sure to bring her a combo slice to the hospital after our visit. Even in her condition, she savored every single bite—it took her over an hour to finish, but she kept saying how delicious it was.

Thank you, Tony’s Pizza, for being amazing in every way. You’ve been our family’s go-to for over 30 years, and this experience just reinforced why we’ll keep coming back....

Tony’s Pizza & Restaurant has long been a favorite of mine for takeout, known for its delicious pizzas, grinders, and party food.
