Que Frappé - Que Antojito — Restaurant in Springfield

Came here today, 30 mins prior to my work shift and my experience was disappointing. I ordered 2 frappes and stood there waiting. After 20 minutes went by I can hear the staff talking to each other in Spanish. The back staff asked what was I standing there for and the girl who took my order at the registered informed them it was for the 2 frappes. I'm realizing that there was no communication at the start of all of this so I stood there this whole time waiting on my order that no one knew about. Not only did I end up being late for my shift, but I paid $20 for 2 frappes that didn't even have the consistency of a frappe. They were more like water down milk shakes and the flavors were hardly there (Oreo). I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this experience was enough for me to not...

I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a cookies and cream milkshake. The presentation was nice, but the strawberries smoothie did not taste like strawberry at all, not flavorful… but full of crunchy ice… The cookies and cream milkshake. My five-year-old did not like it, that tells a lot…it also had crunchy ice everywhere. Confused in why Would someone put ice in a milkshake?🤷🏽‍♀️ I have been wanting to try this place out just for the frappe‘s, but definitely wish I kept my money disappointed…. Wish I took a picture, but it went to the trash before I even thought about making this review. That’s how upsetting it...

I love this place!! I drove all the way from CT to try their frappes as no frappe shop in CT makes Cameo ones. Overall, I had a lovely experience and felt as though I was back home in PR. The employees speak Spanish which makes many customers feel comfortable when ordering, their menu is VERY extensive and isn’t just limited to sweets, and the place is spacious enough...
