Vextor Boba Tea Lounge LLC - Springfield — Restaurant in Springfield

I was very happy to find an exclusive boba place in Springfield. My first two visits were great. Third visit- they missed my toppings and compensated on next visit. Fourth and fifth- not happy at all- ordered taro drinks. The lady didn’t mix it enough to make that powder dissolve and while drinking, all I can taste was powder. Also didn’t add the toppings well. While buying the same drink next time I told the lady that powder was not mixed well and she said she will make sure it doesn’t happen and if it happens she will redo the drink. It was a Togo and after going home it was the same. I might have to pause for few days before...

Been here a couple times and overall it’s pretty good. I like to try new things and different flavor profiles so they have a large selection to choose from. I went safe this time and got a matcha milk tea, something I haven’t gotten from here and is 99% good. To be honest, they don’t do matcha very well here, it’s very heavily concentrated and not nicely balanced with the milk. That has been my only issue in my experiences coming. The workers are nice and helpful though i didn’t want the trouble of asking...

We visited here for the first time and it was awesome! First when you walk in, it feels very welcoming, clean, and the decor is cute. I tried the marble strawberry drink with strawberry popping boba, and it was honestly the best boba drink I've ever had. It was so good! I think I found my new addiction... Came back and tried the tropical sunset drink, and it was super good. I loved the flavor and colors....
