Hibachi Madness West — Restaurant in Springfield

Order my food. Pretty expensive. Then realized after they kept coming to our table with wrong food that they messed up my order. It's cool mistakes happen and they fixed it after the second time. My kids and I finished our food. About 20 minutes in and they still havent brought out my fiance dinner. People the have came way after us got their food immediately and he still havent received his. I ordered another appetizer, received it and he still hadn't got his meal. The only thing good was the chicken tacos. The Hibachi chicken is just chicken lo mein/fried rice with vegetables. I think its was expensive. The chicken tasted rubbery. Like they used cheap chicken. Idk it was weird. The takeaway on this is just get a sushi taco everything...

I came here today hoping to try something new for once. I got their tempura California roll, expecting it to be deep fried like the other places I’ve gone to do but when I opened up the bag and looked at the food it was literally just flakes thrown on top of the sushi!! I also went in to get a refund and the guy was super rude about it, he gave me my money and shook his hands at me basically shooing me out the store. The young girls weren’t very much help but they aren’t young. 6/10 id come here again but the I’m assuming manager, was very rude. Definitely not coming back unless something changes. The employees were pleasant, and that atmosphere was good, and the food came pretty fast. However, the "fried" rice had no seasoning, not even soy sauce! The noodles were pretty similar, they had a little bit of sauce but it was pretty plain too. The most annoying part is that they only offer packet soy sauce for dine in. It was so difficult to open, and one we did manage to open exploded!
