I came through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a burger off the value menu and added bacon in the food was absolutely delicious Even though they told me it had mayonnaise on it but it did not who needs mayonnaise anyway right but then when I got to the drive-thru back window some old lady or older lady rather she had wrinkles not to be offensive but asked me for a cigarette and said every car that comes through no one smokes anymore they all vape and I was just literally appalled cuz I don't do either that she would ask someone for a cigarette How unprofessional I get we all struggle at times but save that for your break time to go outside and bum not when I'm coming through trying to pay for my burger who knows what will happen next time I come through here I am very disappointed Wendy's very unprofessional I definitely will need to find a new place to eat or at least a new location if I can't trust going through the drive-thru without people bumming or asking for things I mean if I had it would have helped her yes but still very unprofessional.... What if I would have had little kids in the car or they would have asked for something besides a cigarette if you know what I mean and she didn't just ask she was just looking around in my car and then asked like linear head out the window It was a bit much I was like this is never happened to me before. Smashed and sauce everywhere....so much that everything was so soggy and even the wrapping was soggy and ripped. The fries were cold, soft, and filled with grease. Worst of all the lettuce was old and had mold on it! Even the chicken patty was soggy in spots and cold for no reason....something wasn't right about it.....Won't be back. Don't waste your money. Zero stars if I could. I even called, and the woman I spoke with said that's not our problem once it leaves the restaurant.....wow....great customer service. I took my food up there to show them what I had received, and a woman claiming to be the manager refused to take responsibility for what they made. I politely asked for the corporate number, gm name, and store #-as in ID number, and she slammed the window on me after saying I don't have to give you that.....well I sat there politely until someone else came to the window to speak with me in a more respectful manner which someone else did. He actually seemed like the manager, was very polite, and helped answer all my questions. Read moreMy husband went to the Wendys on West Sunshine this evening @ 8pm. He placed an order in the drive thru for a #1 combo with a large Diet Coke and a large Chocolate frosty. The order taker asked and what was the drink? Was it a Dr pepper? My husband said no it was a large diet coke. The order taker asked it was a #1 combo with a small Strawberry frosty? My husband responded no a large chocolate frosty. He finally got his order straightened out with the order taker, pays and didn't get a receipt (so he doesnt even know what he paid for). He drives to the 2nd window and the worker gives him a bag and a small dr pepper. My husband asked "what is this?" And says, " I ordered a large diet coke and where's my frosty?" The worker looks at the screen above his head, shrugs and says that's what you ordered. My husband said it is not what I ordered, the worker said that is what you ordered that's what you get. All he wanted was what he ordered, he was willing to pay the difference. You can't make this stuff up! By the way he had a spoon in his bag for the frosty the guy said he didn't order.
