Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springville

On Friday June 13th I ordered a large thin crust pizza for delivery.. we order from this location often but on today was the worse experience ever I called the location spoke to the manager on duty at 8:15pm I asked did she have a number or email I can send pictures she gave me her number to text pictures I texted the first Picture and called her back she stated it didn't look burn and that the manager bumped up the oven a month ago I said since then it never been burned thin crust cheese pizza extra sauce half pepperoni " No extra cheese" never burn always cooked to perfection she said it's because of the extra sauce I said ma'am it never happened before check my previous orders so I said let me send you a few more pictures text her some more pictures called the store back she answered the phone and said please hold really quickly 10min on hold so I called from my other phone a guy answered I said may I speak to the manager she's in the background who is it he said the lady about her order so I'm looking at my other phone by the way still on hold in a text came through remaking your order it took all of that mind you i never asked for a refund and yes I tip the first driver the second driver who delivered the pizza was rude I said thank you he turned around and walked without saying a word before I can tip him ... I'm in disbelief about the situation as much as I order from this location customer from start to end was horrible ... dry pizza dry customer service from the manager to the second...

Everytime we go to this Dominos the pizza is not made right,the last time I went there about a month ago.. there was a lady standing in there waiting on pizza and they sent me out the door with her pizza, I realized it wasn't myn before I left with it so I brought it back in. She cancelled her order got her money back and I should have done the same thing. Thought we would try them out again tonight ordering extra cheese and extra pepperoni.. and the middle of the pizza was bread..no cheese. I showed this to the worker before I walked out,he asked if I wanted it remade, blaming it on the pizza being cut. Being 9:30 at night and the reason I ordered it online, I didn't have time to wait. When I got home to my mom she said it didn't have the extra pepperoni. I call back to the store..the "general manager" makes me send him a picture and says the pizza looks fine. Domino's y'all need to get it together and you definitely need a different "general manager"....

Good as always. I went to Domino's today (7/27). Don't get me wrong their food is always delicious but this last time while looking in the window waiting for my food I saw an employee opening a bag with her mouth. I'm just glad it was not my stuff that she was putting in that bag because I would have thrown it. The employee was a petite older lady, blonde - dirty blonde hair, and she is one of the delivery drivers. When the guy came out to bring me my pizza I mentioned to him what I have seen and without saying anything to her or doing anything about it he just told me will I didn't notice it. She walked by with that same bag in her hand filled with food...
