Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springville

I found out you could get 25 free parmesan cheese packets and 25 free crushed red pepper packets so I naturally thought it would be funny to order the max amount of each as a joke. Knowing some kid had to go and count them all out. So I get my pizza delivered I'm eating on the breadsticks just enjoying the hell out of them and I grabbed the soda I ordered and opened it all the way quickly and not paying attention, well that team got me good! They shook the heck out of the soda and the it exploded everywhere like half of the bottle, erupted out of the openening like a volcano!! Round of applause guys i did not see that coming at all!! I couldn't help myself I left the bottle overflowing in my hand and leaned back on my chair laughing hysterically that they got a joke on me for ordering 50 additional flavorings. Good job...

Call for a carry out and they say 10-15 minutes every single time. So we wait the 15 and wait another 15 there such bs! Then today we order a pizza and they say once again 10-15 so we get there at the 15 and the lady says it’s in the oven then goes back to talking to the other person that works there. After 15 mins ask where it is she says oh must be coming out of the oven but yet can’t find it. After looking for a few minutes they realize it is out on delivery. So instead of remaking our pizza or offering anything they say it will be deliveried to our house in the next 10-15. So here we are 20 minutes later at my house and guess what still hasn’t made it to my house. The 15 minute pizza!!!! Such complete bs! If that lady would have just done her job and not gossiped we would have had our pizza already. But nope...

Disorganized and frustrating experience.

There were several issues with my visit:

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to pay while being completely ignored. The store felt chaotic—employees rushing around, the phone ringing endlessly, and one worker was tossing pizzas out of the oven carelessly. Eventually, I just sat down to wait. A worker handed me my order before I even paid. I had to point out that I hadn’t paid yet, and only then did they take my payment—after I already had the food. On top of that, they accidentally made my order twice. When I asked about the duplicate, they insisted it was for someone else—even though it was clearly my exact pizza. The food itself was good, but the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and the store was a mess. Definitely needs...
