Maintenance is prompt, but I asked for them to wait until I was home and they didn’t. There have only been 2 issues-one was just microwave air filters and those were placed, but the outlet in the island still doesn’t work, even though I got notification saying it was resolved, so I don’t know if they know it doesn’t work and don’t know how to solve the issue or it was perceived to be working and they closed the work order.
As far as the apartment in general, it is newer, but you never know what you’re gonna be charged for when you leave, and the documentation process for move-in status didn’t keep my saved information and let me start where I left off, so I had to re-enter everything a couple of times and by the last time I just didn’t document as much because I couldn’t get it all done in one sitting with kids…
I couldn’t fit a couch around the corner in the apartment and rather than buy a smaller one solely for this apartment, we have decided to just go without one until we move into our house. I don’t know all of the layouts, but if there is a corner in the front, might want to reconsider if you need a regular size couch.
The apartment building for the most part has a nice welcoming smell and is kept clean. The garbage service is a convenience, but I don’t think it’s worth the extra money that’s mandated every month. The management is very responsive...
Read moreGreatly enjoying living here--appreciating the layout of our Warhol two-bedroom as feeling both spacious and comfortable--and impressively quiet, particularly at night. We enjoy the quick walking access to Smith's grocery store and pharmacy plus our bank and many stores, while also having quick easy access to Springville's historic downtown plus similar easy quick access to medical facilities (our doctor) within 1 mile, and amazingly fast access to major highway 15 providing access to all of Utah.
Fully appreciate the responsive attention of Gallery Apartment's management & staff, genuinely committed to our comfort and ease of living here.
And, very significantly re: "accessibility" a top tier rec / fitness center (Clyde Recreation Center) is right across the street -- about 100 meters walking distance, door-to-door: spin classes, numerous parabolic machines, walking-running machines, stationary bikes, a jogging & walking track, family pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, outdoor pools, basketball and volleyball, and plenty of weights and weight lifting...
Read moreI love living in a space that is brand new, any previous apartment I’ve rented has been an old nasty dump so this is such an upgrade. The apartments are very well kept, I hear them vacuuming the halls every so often and there’s always fresh scents coming through the filters in the stairways. Parking is free and very convenient, and the office staff here is absolutely wonderful. However be warned, I fear the construction was rushed and breezed through in some regard. Had several issues needing maintenance immediately upon moving in (we were the first to occupy the room), after months of waiting due to construction delay. Maintenance was however quick to respond, very kind and helpful. We are in a studio which is smaller than they made it seem online, and has a very awkward layout and wall/ ceiling situation that looks frankly amateur. We make it work however but in my opinion it is not worth the price. We had a hard time finding anything cheaper though especially considering the fresh state of the...
