McDonald's — Restaurant in Springville

The employees at this restaurant are lazy and rude. i've had to wait long periods of time for very simple orders, today i ordered a few shakes and with the mcdonald's app i got some free fries, i had some employees come up to me and say that they were out of shakes and ice cream, one of the employees spoke some english but mostly spanish and she was trying to get the other employee to tell me that they were out of shakes and he was hiding behind something and not looking at me, and was very reluctant to answer my questions, then i told them that i would just have drinks instead, but drinks cost less then the shakes and i had already payed, so i turned around to tell them that so i wasn't paying extra, i told this to 2 employees that both mostly spoke spanish as im trying to explain this to them one of them gives me the fries i had been waiting for and i grabbed the bag the other employee ripped it out of my hand and said that it wasn't mine i said sorry and then they both walked away and i hadn't gotten my refund so i was waiting for them to come back and one of them finally came back and i tried to explain this to her again, the other employee that was talking to me earlier yelled from across the restaurant that she gave me a refund but i had not seen the refund come through yet, so i went to fill up my drinks and they gave me a full refund for the shakes which was very nice but she gave it to me all in cash and i payed in card which was weird to me, at this point i had still not gotten my fries and the fries that they ripped out of my hands was still waiting to be picked up. i walked to the counter and was about to ask if my fries were ready and mid sentence she interrupts me and shoved the fries into my hands (the fries that she had ripped out of my hands earlier), i was very upset and just wanted to leave the building so i said "thank you" and turned around and the worker that gave me the bag let out a super annoyed sigh, i turned around to complain because this was very unprofessional and rude, but she had already gone to the back to finish other things. while all of this was going on they were giving the people in the drive through shakes. everytime i come here the employees are so rude and they never give good service unless your in the drive through which is not fair, the employees will never head out to the front to talk...

I'm putting a review on here because contacting the corporate office through the app is a joke. You're supposed to give more details about your reason for contacting them in 200 characters or less. It's absurd!

I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles, chicken nuggets with lots and lots of sweet and sour sauce, some fries, and a drink. I didn't get what I ordered. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure I got someone else's order.

As if that wasn't enough... When my husband went to pick up my order and get something for himself as well, he was incompetently told by the person running the drive-thru intercom to go to the first window. After waiting for 10 minutes there, someone finally came to that window and said that he needed to move to pick up window number one. Apparently, everyone behind him had been told the same thing. Even after he moved forward, they were still waiting at that window because they were told the same stupid thing.

And then came the food delivery... My husband asked the person who brought the food out if he knew what was going on that night. The worker acted offended, like my husband was accusing him of what happened at the drive-thru window. When all my husband wanted to know was why things were so ridiculous. When this location first opened, it seemed like things were going to go well. But incompetence is the name of...

I just ordered two breakfast meals and asked for hot picante sauce, which is a sauce for breakfast meals and they wouldn’t give me any because the manager told me that hot picante sauce is only for breakfast burritos and nothing else. On top of that, they didn’t even give us straws for our drinks. I argued with her and asked her for hot picante sauce. I would like two packets per meal that I just paid for. I just spent over $20 and they can’t give me four packets of sauce for my meal. Which is absolutely ridiculous cause this is exact same. McDonald’s has given me handfuls of sauce before without a single problem or made me pay extra for it. I am a business owner, and I would never treat any of my customers like this if they ever wanted any extra topping, I always give it to them for free with a smile on my face and my employees know to do If I found out any of my employees treated customers like this, they would be written up or Fired. This franchise owner needs to Be reevaluated by corporation because it’s illegal to charge money for sauces when the sauces are complementary to the meal you paid for the meal. You should have any sauce you want to make it...
