Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Albans

Today was the first and LAST time I will ever order from Marcos. I ordered two thin crust pizzas online. When I picked them up they were both thick crust. Apparently the toggle to switch crust is very sensitive.

When I spoke with the manager I was told that since it was ordered online they were not responsible for ANYTHING that is wrong. She was quick to inform me that I was not due a remake, a refund or any type of discount (I had not mentioned any of these solutions).

When I complained about the web site, I was told they were not responsible for any problems with the website. When I mentioned complaining to corporate, I was told the store was a franchise and it wouldn't matter.

I GAVE ONE STAR ONY BECAUSE THAT IS THE LOWEST ALLOWED. MARCOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I called into the store at around 6pm on 7/17/17. Who ever I spoke to should not be dealing with the public.

I was an employee at Marco's and got such a run around about my first check. When I calmly asked about why it took so long and so many issues about getting my check, I was accused of yelling when it was the manager that began yelling. When I was told to leave and not come back, I left. Then the manager called the police after I was already gone and I was publically embarrassed while away from the store. The cleanliness of the store has a lot to be desired also. My first day while I was cleaning I found moldy dough. They have also used expired dough, they cut corners or personal hygiene and hand washing. I'm still waiting on my last check but feel like I should contact the state attorney generals office since the owner and management team like to mess with people's paychecks and affect them financially. Very shady...

We of five. Only one of us had been here before. We ordered a pizza w white suace & bacon. Tomatoes onion & something. Another pizza w ham & pineapple. Next a cheese pizza. Then a garden salad & two Greek salads. Then one pizza with no crust. W mushrooms & stuff. We all liked the first pizza. Ham pizza had so much crust but good. Cheese was fine. The no crust was good but no green peppers next time. Drinks were refillable. Not a big selection. Cashier also brought out the food. & helped in kitchen. Several other tables filled up. Yes, Three would go back. One too picky eater. I was just visiting. Ps. The salad will feed two persons. Comes w onion, banana peppers. Black olives, green peppers, little tiny cubes of cheese. Tomato. Dressing on the side packet. Took 2 go boxes & a salad home. Cost. Not sure. Each...
