Sales experience was fantastic, the best I've had. However, the post sales experience has been the worst. It started off with them stating that it would only take a week for a check to come in with the amount I needed to pay in taxes to the DMV since I was from out of state. I called them after two weeks of not receiving it, only to be told it can take up to six weeks. I got it after six weeks. I got to the DMV to register my car and the first thing they said was oh great this is from Moses, they always get the total wrong on the checks they send they customers. I then proceeded to call 5 or 6 times over the course of two weeks and left just as many voicemails with the finance department and management to try to figure this out. I got 0 calls back. I then proceeded to schedule a service appointment for new tires this week since I didn't like the OEM tires it came with and I had a nail in one of the tires. I used the order form for tires that is on their site and scheduled my appointment for 2:30. I also had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 2:45. I called them to merge the two appointments. However, I was greeted by a rather rude individual who proceeded to state to me they did not see my 2:30 appointment and that they wouldn't have enough time to mount the tires, balance them, and install them because they close at 3:15 on Fridays. In that case, why did the website allow me to schedule an appointment at 2:30 on a Friday? Why do their hours state online that they close at 5:30 on Fridays? She proceeded to tell me she would escalate this with her manager since she didn't see the appointment and they couldn't accommodate. I then received a call back and she proceeded to tell me they couldn't do EITHER of my service appointments for that day because it was too late in the day. They called me to schedule the 2:45 one last week so how is that the case? I then asked her to cancel both my appointments and to cancel the tire order. I was then sent to the parts department to cancel the tire order, only to find out that they wouldn't have even been there. I decided to just end up going to Discount Tire in Lancaster to get the same tires for $300 cheaper. At this point, I'm completely fed up with the post sales experience I had and will be going to Glockner moving forward. It's a shame because their sales experience was one of the best I've ever experienced. Staying committed and valuing your customers is important, even after the sale. This is my first time ever writing a Google review, so it took a lot for me to even get to the point to want...
Read moreMy first new car journey that led to this destination. So, I was trying to figure out a sedan car for about a year and after going to 4 car shows and sitting in all models and makes at up to 65k, and finally hearing bad news about complex oil changes with guilias and stelvios (Alfa Romeo) with the nicest dealer in Cincinnati, I stumbled upon the Toyota section that had a crown on Display. I didn’t like it and the dealer rep told me that the Camry was being reimagined and released in spring of 24. My fiancé had purchased his brand new 24 Camry XSE in nov 23 from Moses. So we were both like ok sure lol. Well in early June 24 I started to see a few Camrys on lots and they legit disappeared overnight. So at first wanted white with red seats but when a random dealer told me that got old fast inside I decided black leather was better in long run. This was my very first all new car zero miles after all I wanted it RIGHT. I was driving a 21 Camry se nightshade and had gotten accustomed to the leatherette seats but where the Se and le reimagined it was no longer for me and I needed leather. So here was THIS. The first XSE that didn’t have the black top which I didn’t want, and wasn’t the heavy metal or ocean gem shades. SUPERSONIC RED was sitting there like a kitten at the shelter that was just meant for ME. That was 6/19/24. Are 2 pics from day 1 and day 365. Flash forward to one year later and after adding the darkest legal tint possible wirh factory black emblem covers too, THIS CAR IS ME AND I AM THIS CAR!!!!! I travel a lot through 5 states and I enjoyed the stares last year when my license tag said “2025” but in 24 lol. From start to finish after trading 2021 Camry Se and a 2013 Malibu eco to arrive at a good price was a breeze this location of Moses. He has since then purchased a 2021 jeep wrangler nacho edition from Moses, and customized it.
Our dealer Hunter Burgess took care of him and I! He was fair, honest, friendly and efficient. Personality wise, sometimes I don’t always get a dealer that I can well “deal” with even being a woman know to walk away. A dealership is a business at the end of the day and there to make money, but this guy Hunter is legit and I hope he is still creating magic at Moses maybe he will get an opportunity to read this. I hope I get to purchase from him again in the...
Read moreReally a 3.5 to be honest. Let me start by saying that I had recently purchased a Toyota. First time buyer. Love the vehicle. I went to have snow tires put on…. Not a big deal …. Right? Dropped off car the night before. Email I received stated 745 drop off on day of service but this was not possible due to my work schedule. I called at 230 pm to see if vehicle was ready…. Just going back wouldn’t be completed until 5. It took me 5 calls to reach the Toyota service. I was transferred multiple times even to ford service. I specified Toyota service.
When I made the appointment, it was not explained that my vehicle was a work in and not promised to be ready until 5. E-mail indicated a 745 appointment not a work in. This left me in a situation since a work colleague was dropping me off around 330. Agent stated they would work on getting it ready. We waited and picked up at 4. Car was ready. Question was where was it? Not out front as I was told…. It was in the back by the gate… now how was I supposed to know that. Just aimlessly wander until I found it? Come on…. This was not a good experience for a first time buyer. Thank God the service person right inside the door first desk was helpful. She found the vehicle and brought it around. Very thankful to her. Should have...
