9/4/24 @ 9pm. I ordered through the app to pick up inside. I went inside with my husband to pick up and he ordered his own meal 5 minutes after we got inside because they were helping the drive thru. He gets his order first even though I ordered 10 minutes before he did. On one cravings box I accidentally ordered chips and cheese instead of fiesta potatoes but they were unwilling to help me out. How about next time when they ask me to help in the drive thru by driving forward and then driving backward to the window again to help falsely improve their drive through times and make it look like they're moving cars through faster than they really are, well maybe I shouldn't be helpful.

12/12/2023 @ 9:30pm The taco shell was broken. The chalupa was thrown in the bottom of my bag opened and spilling juices out which made the big paper bag split apart and the chalupa shell was wet all over, soggy and cold after just a 5 minute drive. I come here twice a year because the service is bad. My second time this year does not make me wish I came more often. The only thing y'all don't mess up is Burritos.

2021 Hard stale old chalupa shells, all dorito taco shells came cracked and prices have increased a lot. Drive thru employee ordering dominoes pizza while forgetting to give me hot sauce.

The new spicy chicken sandwich taco is REALLY good! But it's tiny for $2.50. All of our food was assembled well.

I will never leave the drive thru again without finding the chalupa and checking for a stale chalupa shell because I'm given an old hard stale shell MORE OFTEN THAN NOT. I called to tell them that and was offered a fresh replacement if I stop eating dinner with my family to drive there to get a new one while my newborn baby is not crying and letting me eat. The chalupa is my favorite thing there but it's terrible with an old shell.

It costed $5.58 for 2 doritos tacos supreme and they each come in a cardboard container and STILL they were BOTH cracked. A regular taco(not supreme) is now $1.38.

I normally do not write reviews on restaurants, however I’ve had a terrible terrible experience with St. Albans Taco Bell, for I couldn’t tell you how long!! Every time we order food it’s made wrong, or something is missing. We get home, and go right back. I started checking it before we even leave the parking lot. We’ve been ordering the $5 cravings boxes over the last month. Every time we get our order, our food is wrong. Last night, I called and spoke to the manager, who told me his name was Brandon, to come back through anytime, they would take care of it. So an hour later, we drive all the way back to Taco Bell, we wait 45 minutes in line, the worker takes our order, and everything is fine. We get up to the window, and a manager named Chanel comes to the window and tells me basically I’m lying, and people do this sort of thing to get free food. After we just drove all the way back to Taco Bell, after speaking with Brandon. I said, “well sweetheart you ask Brandon tomorrow, if he didn’t speak to a lady about two $5 boxes!” She basically called me a liar. I told her tomorrow I wanted an apology for being called a liar. Went through the drive thru and the manager decided to have a coaching session with the employees while they made our food. The chalupa shells were like boot leather and you could barely bite into them and the inside of the shells barely had any product. Brought the food back, the entire order and the drive thru employee acted as though it were gonna be a big deal.to replace our food with something edible. Finally we were given fresh food but they did not want to remake the other tacos that were now soggy in the bag and we insisted that they do so because it was not our fault.we had to drive back. Finally they replaced the entire order without one apology. No consideration of my gas and time to return over something that could have easily been avoided.Management should have waited till 3 to do his coaching, it was after 1am when we visited.
