5/3/24 After placing a mobile order I waited 30 minutes and asked for a refund. They would not make my order. People kept walking in and getting their orders made immediately. They would only make the orders placed in person. So after waiting 30 minutes I asked for a refund.
I placed a mobile order. I arrived 5 minutes early at 7:00 and my order was scheduled to be ready at 7:05. I'm early, patiently waiting but 7:05 came and went. I stand there in the "express pickup" area and watch as 10 people come in after me and leave with their freshly made sandwiches not ordered in the app. The cashier repeatedly assures me they're working on it. I've been there for 25 minutes now and I ask the two "sandwich artists" if they're working on my order. They are not concerned. They say they have lots of mobile orders. They don't tell me they're going to make my order now. So after 30 minutes I am through waiting and asked for a refund. They say they can void the order and that should take care of it. In the future, if my sandwich isn't ready I will just get in line and order my sandwich but when it's time to pay I will tell them that I already paid when I placed a mobile order and they will get the receipt from their pile and everyone will be gravy. Ta da! I don't know if I'm ever going back to the Saint Albans location, not anytime soon, hopefully if I do come back in a year or whenever there will have been an employee turnover because those "sandwich artists" rudely ignored me. They did not want me asking about my order.
Previous review: I placed a pickup order with extra onions and bell peppers. Didn't recieve extra. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch and for the first time it was very soggy on the meat side as soon as I began eating it which was before the time my mobile order was supposed to be ready by. I pulled in and there was only 2 customers inside one already eating and the other was ordering, a lady pulled in before me , waited forever and then my turn (pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 9pm) guess what I pull up and they haven’t made it ! 9:30pm takes them 10 minutes to do the 2 sandwiches with 3 employees ! I think this should be a sign for the owner to look at their employees took two looking at the dang order to just make it! Are your orders hard to read ? Or are we being buddy buddy and making a one person job into a two person job 😂 news flash all that was on the subs was banana peppers not a bunch of toppings don’t know what’s hard about that. I just left the drive thru at this location and didn’t check my food until I got home. The BLT only had bacon and cheese. THE NAME LITERALY HAS THE INGREDIENTS!!!
