Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in St. Anthony

I came to the drive thru ordered a blizzard and when I went to the register to pay I said I have 4$ cash rest on the card, the 14yo employee looked at my girlfriend and said idk how to do that, it’s gonna be hard for me, mind you 5 other young employees behind her not helping her she had the audacity to insult me by asking do you not have enough to pay on the card, I replied yes but I want to use cash and card, closed the window 4 mins later, comes back sorry I just learned how to do that…..😂😂😂 I’ve worked multiple registers, old and new it’s even easier nowadays. I visited the Dairy Queen at St Anthony on 09/24/25 and ordered a small Blizzard. I did not realize it contained hard candy pieces, which hurt my teeth, so I went back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a different blizzard

The employee, Cooper, told me I would have to buy a second Blizzard. When I asked for a refund instead, he also refused. When I requested to speak to a manager, he said there was no one higher than him on site and pointed to a “Now Hiring” sign, telling me to call that number to submit my complaint.

I was left without a replacement, refund, or any resolution which goes against Dairy Queen’s well-known Blizzard guarantee. I could not eat my Blizzard and I did not receive the level of service Dairy Queen promises, and I hope this matter can...

Idk if that's a manager. Middle-aged white woman with blonde hair. But every time I come through and she's there, she overpriced me for the same thing that I get every 2 to 3 days... I asked her today how come she keeps charging me almost $8 when everyone else always charges $4.55 for what I order? The answer was, "you had more than one topping."
