Erbert and Gerberts — Restaurant in St. Cloud

My name is Cerias I have had several issues with this place First I ordered a sandwich no Tomatoes because i am allergic to them and they Made my sandwich with tomatoes good thing I have Benadryl with me. Or my mother would have been making Funeral arrangements . Then they offered 2 make a new sandwich and throw in Cookies chips lol yeah right never received them Then i ordered from them again and it took them over an hour 2 deliver .MY sandwich was messy bread hard enough2 knock on it SMH and they left out the guts 2 the French bread so of course i couldn't dunk it in my soup I just don't understand why it's so hard 2 make an sandwich and following instructions This is not a place I would recommend or waste my time at anymore and when I contacted management he had the nerves2 say well the person who prepared sandwiches is a new employee..... Okay well you should be double checking orders!!!!! That's what I would...

I've been eating Erbs for years now.. and I've always had a pretty good experience. I was very excited when I heard they had a rewards program. So I've been going pretty consistently the past 2 months to eat 10 sandwiches and get my 11th free. Today when I went to get my 11th sandwich today to bring home and watch football, it wasn't busy inside Erbs, but my sandwich took almost 20 minutes because the person making the subs was socializing with the cashier and then when I got home and opened my sub, only half of my sandwich had meat in it and the bread was very soggy even though I ate it no more than 10 minutes after getting it. This experience was very disappointing for me and it makes me second guess now where I should be getting my subs from..

Waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered, when it was delivered it was soggy and inedible because they likely made the sandwich as they got the order in.

It must've proceeded to sit there soaking in the mayo/avocado at room temperature. Either that or they just make very "sub"par subs. Maybe it was just a fluke, but paying, waiting 1.5 hours without even an apology, and not even being able to stomach the food because it was so absolutely disgusting, really turned me away from this restaurant.

And I urge others to steer clear if they are looking for delivery, there are better options out there. I didn't read the reviews first, but maybe...
