Subway — Restaurant in St. James

The person behind the counter was nice, think the name was Milo. Awesome person, very nice, even apologized for something that she had no control of.

The manager decided I wanted too many veggies on my prepaid internet order and decide to ignore everything I asked for and make them straight by the book.

Erica, if I wanted my order by the book, I would have ordered it that way instead of customized.

The managers here think they know your food better than you do yourself and then have the counter people take the heat.

Guess what Erica, I will just take my order and get ahold of corporate, leave reviews, and then tell everyone I can not to order from your restaurant.

You know better than I do, so you should go tell everyone I do why your opinions about MY food are anyone’s issues.

Extra meat or cheese I get, but you’re subway, you bill yourself as healthy, and it wasn’t every veggie on the menu, it was peppers and onions, not even the black olives subway cares...

My Wife my Father and my self are here now just ordered 3 foot long subs and sat down to eat I took a bite of my sub and pulled a long hair out of my food. My father vomited seeing it, my wife about vomited. I took our food back up to the counter and asked for a refund she replied "We aren't allowed to give refunds. I asked to call manager for a refund and the lady called back to the manager on duty, who said that they called the owner. We weren't allowed to have our refund, but instead offered to remake the 2 others sandwiches, and refund mine. Who else would have took that offer? Especially if you saw ANOTHER hair around the food area? I refused, was told to leave or cops would be called. I left the store, to car, wife was trying to call corporate, next thing we know,...

We are out of towner, and literally sitting here without food and out of our money because my husband found long hair in his food, my father in law physically got sick upon seeing this, which in turn made me sick. We asked for a refund, was denied a refund, but offered to remake mine and father in laws sandwiches, and refund husband's. We refused, and and they threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave.... who the hell has an appetite after seeing a hair, and knowing father in laws in bathroom sick?! So here we are out of our hard earned money and no food, sitting in the car, trying to call corporate. Oh, and for those wondering, the cops were called on us. Of course they said nothing could be done, so it was ok the restaurant...
