Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in St. John

Our first time trying Scooter's was in TN, and we fell in love with the coffee and how friendly the staff was. Heard one was opening close to home (here in IN) , and I was soooo excited. And let me tell you.... the coffee was so good and the friendly atmosphere was at this new place close by home. I don't remember who the lady was that took our order ( she had a southern accent). But she was so sweet and friendly.

So as a coffee person, this is not coffee. If you want coffee go to Smalltown in Crown Point or other real places. This "coffee" is just a watered down, sugar bomb, have tried 4 different options, with so many coffee options around, I highly advise you take the extra minute go just about anywhere else. Great new little coffee place. Friendly staff, and nice selection of unique drinks. The Quenches used to be better with the dried blue berries, they are still OK just not the same as other places anymore. Overall easy to navigate with the app ahead of time and worth trying if you are in the area.

Edit 2025. Here regularly. Still inconsistent, I would not go out of your way...
