Terrible Customer EXPERIENCE!!!!! I rated them a one star because 0 wasn’t available! I was treated very poorly at this location from a team member “Juan” who supposedly is an extension of Burger kings management team.. WOW... long story short I came to this location because it’s a newer location in the neighborhood, had been awhile since I had Burger King decided to pull up through the drive-through order my usual waited almost 15 minutes!!!! With only two cars in front of me! No big deal it happens However after waiting my fair time I realized I had forgotten to order a dessert that my son loves and wants every time we go to Burger King! ( Pie)It really was something simple nothing the cook would have to prepare nothing that would cause the hungry people behind me in line to wait any longer! As I pull up to pay for my order no hello or smile just attitude. I was almost afraid to ask but decided To ask if it would be possible to add a quick desert to my order. When I tell you I got the biggest attitude and push back it was immediate I was told I was not allowed to add anything at the window which I know from experience working in plenty of restaurants that you can ABSOLUTELY add something TO A CUSTOMERS order at anytime!!! Ridiculous excuse It was pure laziness and lack of caring that has me so upset ! I’m not one to bring up a Problem without a solution this situation could have been handled differently for example he could have offered to Pull my vehicle and bring it out to me.. ( I’ve seen them do this plenty of times) I had waited so long already what’s a few more minutes or He could have simply said YES! No problem ! This experience has set the tone for this new location and it’s not good! If anyone in Corporate management shall read this my suggestion would be this would be a wonderful couching opportunity for the people you in trust in positions of management to just make the customer happy! Read moreThey are extremely slow and no matter what you order they Park you something to do with their wait times they're trying to fudge the numbers I don't care if you ordered a glass of ice water they would probably make you pull around and Park they need to get this figured out. UPDATE. I went back at 7:30 in the morning for breakfast I was told they were out of pancakes then I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on biscuit value meal I was told the biscuits were in the oven so theyc not sell me that I was upset the question should have been do you have anything on the menu available today I was so mad I just left they are spending more time driving customers away. Update. I tried it again just to see if things got better and now they were out of biscuits and they were out of sausage all they had was croissant bacon sandwiches. I was so disappointed I just left. I will never give them another try you can only give them so many opportunities to get this right horrible horrible management. Bb. UPDATE I sat there and waited to order for 12 minutes I finally pulled around to the window and the lady was upset with me she let me order and then she made me back up so I didn't mess with her drive-thru times it was such a bad experience customers were leaving behind me trying to get out of the drive-through they were turning down so much business I went back just to see if things got better and they have gotten worse unbelievably horrible horrible service. Went back at a much much later date this time the service was faster obviously an entirely different crew and I tried the tacos which look just like their competitors but these were much better and they had a lot more me I was really surprised they were really really good these tacos are going to be the next big thing of Burger King. HOWEVER, at the second window 😳 (I believe he is the manager😬🤦🏼) we asked for ketchup and then he yelled back at the young lady at the first window (in front of us), "YOU DIDN'T ASK THEM IF THEY WANTED KETCHUP!!" We were shocked and tried to tell him it wasn't her fault because we didn't ask HER🤷🏼 for ketchup because she wasn't the one giving us our bag of food🙎🏼 Then he said, "NO, she should've asked y'all" 😳 oh ok? 🤦🏼🤷🏼🙎🏼
So because he threw us off by yelling at her, we forgot to ask for a lid to cover the frozen drink. He said to us, "Y'ALL KILLIN' MY DRIVE THRU TIME🤨?!" Then asked us what size lid? We said to cover the frozen drink YOU just gave us 🙄 This Dude just grab a bunch of lids and practically smashed them in my friend's hands and basically shude us away 🥴 but what he grabbed and have her were 3 small lids and 3 large lids🤔🤨 we needed a MEDIUM lid🤦🏼🤯
This Dude was soooo concerned about his, "DRIVE THRU TIME" and NOT his "CUSTOMER SERVICE TIME" smh 🙄🙎🏼 VERY sad and unprofessional. It's crazy because back in the day, you would ask for a Manager and they diffused ANY situation in a professional, calm, and ALWAYS with some type of compensation(s) so you wouldn't say you'll never do business with them again. Compensations as a businessman/businesswoman with a smile will ALWAYS bring in REPEAT customers aaaaand their friends will come too because of the customer's testimony of how well their issue was handled. 🤔 Hmmm NOT in this case🤦🏼 the workers were friendlier and more professional than their so-called Manager 🙄🤷🏼
I gave them more than 1 star ⭐ ONLY because of the workers NOT the Manager at THIS location😬
