Very happy with the food and the value! I ordered DoorDash delivery from this place because it was significantly less expensive than others and recent reviews looked decent enough to risk it. For a 10 piece legs/thighs with fries it was only $12.99 ($19 total with taxes and DD delivery tip). It came in a 9x13 pan with perforated foil over it to keep it from getting too soggy during delivery. It was still hot and crispy. They sent hot sauce and ketchup packets in the bag.

You can actually see their spice mix on the chicken and fries. It's a nice, mild garlic-y mix. Not very spicy. I love salt, so I was fine with the sodium level, but it would be pretty high for anyone with health considerations. (You might be able to request it without the extra spice mix on top though?) The seasoning profile is different, but I’d say the salt level of the breading was similar to KFC’s.

Food tasted fresh. Chicken wasn’t dry. Leftovers reheated well in the air fryer. A couple of the leg and thigh pieces were on the smaller side, but I had zero problem with that given the price. Just a consideration if you’re feeding kids (or adults) who will squabble over who gets the biggest pieces. It looks like they have a drive through window for easy pickup orders. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm excited they have things like gyros and salads too. All their prices look very reasonable. I live right next to a KFC, but their food quality and order accuracy have been horrible and Popeyes has been hit or miss lately too. For the bad first, for a order of 30 pieces of chicken and 2 catfish dinners it took 46 minutes to receive the order. Chicken was a bit greasy. Now for the good,30 pieces of chicken with fries and 6 pieces of catfish with more fries was $45. Compared to KFC 16 piece dinner which is $44+ change. Chicken even though greasy was as fresh as you could ask for, tasted good,was served in a aluminum pan with foil wrap and was steaming hot. The catfish dinners had 3 large pieces of fish,fries, pickles onion and bread. Fish was cooked perfectly. One of the nicest guys I've seen working in a fast food restaurant worked the counter and bagged the food. I say he was one of the nicest but I really mean he was nice and good at his job. Didn't even have to ask for condiments, napkins, and he noticed that I had my 5 year old with me and asked if I would like for him to separate a couple pieces of chicken for her so it would cool off. We used to come all the time when we lived in the city. Affordable and great for when you want something easy for dinner. But today was probably the worst. We left south county area before calling in our order—he told us it would be about 20 min. No problem. We arrived in just under 25 min, we pull through the drive thru lane and pay as per usual. He tells us it’ll be another 5 min—again that’s fine. I assumed they were busy but were just finishing up. We ended up waiting 20 more minutes before I had to call them and ask about my order. I am not a picky or rude person especially since I used to work in the restaurant industry. But absolutely not. I shouldn’t have waited nearly 45 min for a order to “just finish”.
