Business running under multiple names and menus on Uber?!

Food tasted old and they completely messed up the food instructions almost purposely it seems!

So far I've seen 3 businesses on Ubereats at this same exact location. New York Grill 6, The Sandwich Shop, and Grill Fire. I ordered from "Sandwich Shop" at 3765 S. GRAND this evening through a delivery service. I should've investigated where I was ordering from. sigh One of the other menus that I didnt order from had burgers for HALF thr price. I paid 12.99 for each burger and the other menu had them for $6.99. They all used stock photos but instead of the normal pics you see on the windows these pics are downright a complete deceitful lie. The pics on Uber make the burgers look like delicious sit-down award winning burgers SMH. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. 1 plain only cheese and the other with no tomatoes. Both burgers were smothered in mayo (A LOT) and lettuce and 1 of them had 2 slices of tomatoes. So one had tomatoes and the other didn't, why?

Because I was starving and just paid $47 freaking dollars (tip and fees included) to have this meal I wiped off some of the mayo (with no onion which I wanted!) and took a bite. The burger AND bun was chewy and old tasting! My fiance couldn't even attempt it due to the mayo he despises. It wouldnt have mattered anyway as the burger was literally TRASH. EVERYTHING TASTED OLD. Onion rings were chewy and old as well! The fries were were weird. They had like no potato in them and were super airy and crunchy.

Just NO....

Do not eat here. Photos of their food are a total misrepresentation of what you actually get. We ordered steak, salad and a side of what was described as 5 pieces of grilled shrimp. When the food arrived the steak was the thinnest, worst cut of dry meat, so chewy it was almost like chewing gum. The 1/2 slice of Texas toast that comes with the meal had an odd taste, like it had been in stored in a freezer for months. It was served dripping with some kind of flavorless oil. It was awful. Also, the side of grilled shrimp that was added to the order came in an aluminum foil wrap with grilled green peppers and onions -which I happen to have a family member very allergic to. Peppers and onions were not mentioned to be included with the shrimp on the menu. The tiny salad was put aside to look at later but how bad can you mess up a salad? We did not eat any of the food from this restaurant and went to get Chinese instead. Nothing was worth the money we paid at this restaurant. I'd be embarrassed to serve that as a main course. The steak was thinner than breakfast offered as a dinner meal. The photos look so delicious but when you get the food it's awful. Today misrepresentation. If you really want steak, go to a place that actually serves real steak. And drive right on...

The service totally depends on who you get sometimes it's great sometimes they're rude. The food is overpriced but it pretty much is everywhere nowadays so I don't hold that against them. The cheeseburger tasted really good it was cooked just the way I liked it and I requested it obviously looks nothing like the picture on their menu but it was still very good. The fries were obviously cooked in the grease where they cook the chicken in the fish almost all these little local roadside grills used the same grease to cook everything in so the fries kind of tasted like well everything else there to be honest. The toaster ravioli was very good and hot you only get one little cup of cocktail sauce which is not near enough for a 20 piece so make sure if you order a 20 piece you have something to dip them in at your house overall it was pretty good The hamburger we had plenty of meat and it was fresh the fries were fresh they were not horrible by any means but it is hit and miss here I'm going to give it a three because sometimes they deserve a one and then sometimes it is over five so this is my first review on this restaurant and I'm going to put them right in the middle...
