November 2023, thru are reopening on Gravois more when I know the address. Needed a Sterling Silver Ring sized up from a 5 to an 8.5. This is the only reputable jeweler in town that could do it without ruining the Ernest Rangel stamp. As Ernest isn't creating these rings anymore, it's very special. I saw it in Pueblo Colorado and had to have it. The family is so kind and polite, along with being very knowledgeable about what I needed done. Can't wait to get it back. Got the ring back it fits so good and looks fabulous. They did such a great job up sizing the ring you can't even tell it was resized. I can't thank the father & son enough for making my ring fit instead of just me thinking all I would only be able to do is look at it. The family is so kind and delightful, I enjoyed my conversation with them both on their choice in moving here from Chicago. If you need someone who will take care of your precious jewelry and ensure he does exactly what you're requesting, you found the perfect jewler. Outstanding SERVICE!!! Today was officially my second time visiting this establishment. I once went there, several months ago, to have a couple of my watches repaired. I was confident that the problem was simply that they needed battery replacements. I was glad to learn from the owner, Arturo, that I was absolutely right. He was very friendly and professional, and the service was not laborious and lengthy. He worked very targeted to ensure that my jewelry was properly handled. And because of that experience, my first time, I returned again today! Today, I was greeted by Arturo Jr., who was just as friendly, if not more, than Arturo Sr. Arturo Jr., too, was very affable and professional, and exuded Stellar customer service. If you're looking for a smaller, family-owned establishment, one that you know you can trust, this is definitely the place for you. I will absolutely visit them again in the future. You should, too! Hard to Find – Friendly Service The folks at St. Louis Jewelers (Joyería) may be a little hard to find. But, at least they’re honest. I shall explain… One day about a week ago, the screen on my Timex Ironman watch went blank. The next day, it tried to come back on, but the numbers just kind of flickered. Do I need a new battery, or a new watch? The salesperson confirmed my suspicions. High humidity and/or moisture got inside and short circuited something out. “Don’t waste your money on a new battery” was his comment. Seeing that I’m a cyclist and perspire a lot, this didn’t come as a big surprise. Correction: I don’t sweat…I GUSH!

The place is kind of hard to find, especially with the present road construction on Gravois as of this writing – June 3, 2024. Plus the fact they’re awaiting a new sign.
