Hong Kong Express — Restaurant in St. Louis

I just now called to ask about delivery (at 8:25pm) and was told that no they don't deliver and then was immediately hung up on. Really?? My second question would have been "Do you ever deliver? Or what times DO you deliver?" But I obviously didn't get any answers to determine any future business because I was hung up on. That's so incredibly rude. If the woman who answered the phone hadn't hung up on me I would have still ordered food and I would have driven over to pick it up, but as it stands her customer service was terrible...IT ONLY TAKES ONE MOMENT to lose a customer. Hong Kong Express was very unprofessional and so I won't make any future attempt to be their customer, nor will I give them any positive reviews or referals. Word of mouth referrals are good for business, but you've lost mine. Lastly, the entire reason I called them in the first place was because I saw a vehicle on my block last week with a Hong Kong Express sign. It seems silly to leave reviews for Chinese restaurants cause you are always going to eat at the local one you like. But since were traveling through St. Louis and this location worked for us. EITHER way the food was incredibly salty and lacking in flavor the lo mein was a very saturated dark black color. The Beef and brocolli was actually just salt with hints of beef etc. Really let down with this place. They didnt start our order until we got there to pick it up 30 mins after we ordered it.
