A diverse group of STL artists play a part in helping keep the STL Virtuoso Collective running. A brainchild of Julianne Wise and Jessie Mees, two visionaries supporting the arts, STL Virtuoso Collective has now been open just over a year.
As one of the artists, I am happy to say that I think this is one of the coolest undiscovered stores in town, and of course I hope it doesn't stay a secret! 47 local artists and growing, you will be able to find everything from a hand drawn painted card to a ceramic tchatchke box, to a masterful painting, to jewelry, some woodworked items, small works on paper or framed, t-shirts, handmade journals, and so much more- I can't mention even a fraction to give you an idea how eclectic it is! What a great place to wander into for a gift or to fill a blank spot on your wall or counter. The offerings change every day, as artists bring new things in and refresh their inventory as things sell.
All of the artists live and work within a 10 mile radius of the store, so it is truly city-centric.
