Avoid this Wendy's until they get their act together. Both dining room soda dispensers were not working. Ketchup dispensers not working. Burgers with very few toppings on them. Small portions for a large fry order. Very little amount of chicken on the Caesar salad. But the worst part was the service. Rude employee and manager. Ordered two of the quarter pound Dave's singles which are all over TV and on the window of the restaurant as being two for $6. After I received my order and looked at the receipt, I saw that they did not charge the special price, but instead, the regular price of 5.98 apiece. When I brought the receipt back up to the counter, the employee had the gall to say, "well you didn't tell me two for $6." And she brought the manager over to the register to order the refund and continued to tell the manager that I didn't tell her two for $6. Then the manager was processing the refund and for some reason thought it was important to tell me that she's only refunding one of the sandwiches which is all I was asking for anyway, so that I would only be paying two for $6 and not two for $12, but she kept saying it. Then after she handed me the cash refund, she asked if I paid with card, I said yeah but cash is fine, and then she said well next time you should give her the card that you used to pay with. Read moreHorrible customer service! I ordered a salad using my points. The woman at the drive thru register scanned my app and tried to charge me. I told her I was using my points. She tried again and told me it had already been used. I had only uploaded the reward in the drive through so it could not have been used. She continued to argue with me that there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager. The manager said it was my fault and there was nothing she could do be because the register said it had already been scanned. They did not apologize or attempt to make anything right. They insisted it was my fault. I pulled around and went inside to ask again. The manager continued arguing with me until she finally tried it on a different register, still insisting it was not going to work and there was nothing she could do. Well it did work. The points went through and I was able to get my salad. Still the manager/supervisor did not apologize and insisted it was my fault. She said it was because the screen had not been enlarged because the person at the register was not allowed to touch my phone. Read moreThis is the worst Wendys I have ever been to. It is fairly new and in a great location. It is also close to the house but I only will go there when I am about out of options. The main reason is because the staff is horrible at least the staff that takes orders. I went through drive thru this evening around 9:00pm, there was no one in front of me or behind. I ordered a biggie bag plus added a frosty. Our friend in backseat started asking about biggie bag and decided he wanted one. When lady came to window to collect money, I asked is there anyway we can add another biggie bag. She rudely said you cant add on anything at window. When does any restaurant turn down customers or more orders!? I have never heard of this. So I politely said ok and friend decided he didn't want to order anything at this point. The very rude wendys employee comes back just sticks her hand out window and practically drops bag in our car/hand and turns on heel and walks away.
