Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Michael

I worked at dominos for about 3 years and I’ve got to say it’s probably the worst place to work in wright county. Managers pick and choose favorites that call off work everyday and don’t put any repercussions on them. If you have anything to say against how they are working(not efficient at all) they will cut your hours and threaten to cut your pay raise. The Gm did try her best but obviously it wasn’t/is not cutting it. Mold all over the mop area, brown little sandy bits come out of the sink that we would use for pizza sauce. Mice is also a problem for the last couple years with this management . We would be told to take off expired sauce stickers and put on new ones. The owners wait months to fix anything and it’s not professional everything they touch it just breaks and looks horrible. People doing dishes leave cheese and extra gross stuff in the containers that we’d use for toppings and still there was no repercussions. “Flexible hours” means we see your schedule that you want so we will schedule you the days you want off or you get your hours cut. This is more of a side job for a lil extra cash if you go “full time” your vehicle will take a beating every day and with the low gas reimbursement, you’re constantly fighting your car everyday loosing even more money. So it’d say stay clear of this dominos or any that Joel and Nancy cover. Horrible...

I stopped ordering from this location about 18 months ago because they just couldn't get it right when I PICKED UP THE PIZZA! Ordered a delivery several weeks ago and it was a good experience. But then reality struck! Ordered 2 medium pizzas online for pick-up. Got to the store just before the half hour they said it would take. Couldn't find my order. The status screen for customer orders said mine was in the prep stage. The status thing is completely bogus. Your order goes into prep by default; it doesn't have anything to do with reality. If it were different, how could they not find my order. Simple. My order was never torn off what amount to a fax machine for online orders! A FAX MACHINE! Once discovered the counter person never turned it over to prep, they tried to be sly and started it very quickly. Twenty minutes later I heard the guy who cuts pizza shout to the manager across the "what's the deal on the remake for"...me. Wait. What? Now I remember why I stopped ordering from this completely incompetent business. Come on! It's making pizza, by a defined recipe, right down...

Placed order for delivery, told 40-50 minutes. An hour and 15 later I called to see what the hang up was. I’m told they haven’t even started it yet. The “manager” gets on the phone and I tell him I’m waiting to hear what they are going to do to remedy the situation. He tells me they aren’t going to do anything. They will make the “pizza” and deliver it when it’s done at full price. He starts to use some excuse, and I tell him that it’s not my problem if the dominos tracker can’t give accurate times. I would’ve ordered from another place had I known it would take 2 hours to get food. His feelings get hurt because I’m irritated, and he cancels my order. Waiting 2 hours for food that’s supposed to take 45 minutes, then dealing with arrogant “managers” on power trips.. All for some tasteless $40 cheese bread they call pizza, but that’s what the kids wanted, so we drive to another store, placed an order and got back home in less than half the time it took these clowns to even start.
