There is never any consistency in the quality of the food, which is almost always on the low end. I have lost track of the number of times I've had to return there to have the food remade due to it being stale or improperly made. Speaking from experience of being a McDonald's employee in high school (NOT here; in my hometown of Stillwater), I fail to understand why my orders are always apparently too difficult to get right or to be of any quality. Mind you, my more recent visits are due to the fact there is not another McDonald's within a reasonable proximity of which I am willing to drive, because their prices are the most affordable locally for a burger joint. Additionally, unbeknownst to me until it was too late, one cannot simply order a quarter pound hamburger without paying the price of a quarter pond hamburger with cheese. Be forewarned- they'll charge you to add cheese to an item but you will not be credited when you have it removed from an item, simply because "there isn't a quarter pounder button in the POS [point of sale/ cash register]. Sad but true, as this statement came from the manager. I am certain this applies to any special order. Long gone are the days of "Have it YOUR way at McDonald's"- that is unless you're willing...
Read moreFood is standard McDonald's, but the dining area has become a hangout spot for large groups of teenagers.
I have stopped in 3 times in the last few weeks and at no point was there less than 10 teenagers in the restaurant, having taken over a significant portion of the dining area. These "customers" are loud, rude, and have no qualms about standing around interfering with paying customers (of the dozens of kids in the last few weeks I think I saw 2 or 3 purchased items). Additionally it appears that some of the staff are "hanging out" with these customers, in uniform, and likely during paid shifts.
Ownership should consider placing reasonable anti-loitering policies (i.e. 1 hr in the dining area for paying customers). Expect the staff to keep the dining area in a useable state for all customers, and discuss professionalism with the staff. (I shouldn't have to get a staff member from the dining area to get me my cup(s)), especially as there is no longer human service at the counter.
At this point I wouldn't desire to take my family into the restaurant to sit down, since I don't want a side of "yelling youngster"...

My order was on the screen but they kept on asking me did I pay for my order I felt like I was talking to a preschooler they need to go back to training their workers because the food wasn't that good My quarter pounder looked terrible like a little child made my sandwich The fries were cold It was like they had been sitting for awhile and my smoothie was the worst I've ever seen It looked like they didn't mix it well nothing it was like they they plopped it into the cup and My fingers were all sticky because on the outside of the cup was actually smoothie. The service was terrible making you feel like you're lying about paying for your order even though you see your order number on the screen. and the atmosphere I could see that people were unhappy because they were leaving before getting there food because it was taking too long and this young man came up and said that his sandwich was made wrong so I would avoid going to this place at all costs find...
