Have been waiting for banana to become available so when I saw it was, I took my daughter in after her game on 6/18. Told the employee we were both getting “singles” and I wanted chocolate and banana. She didn’t ask any other questions. I followed my daughter because she was trying to decide what she wanted. When the employee put a cup of ice cream with what looked like chocolate on top, on the counter I glanced at it but kept helping my daughter. When she came back she had another cup with banana on top. I was confused because my daughter hadn’t ordered yet. I looked closer and each cup was all one flavor (which is not what a single is supposed to be anyway). I told her again that my order was a single of banana and chocolate. She said sorry and took the cups back and I kept helping my daughter. She came back and told me there wasn’t any banana. I stood there speechless for a second and said you just had a cup of banana. I was baffled as to what happened and then it occurred to me that she threw it away before even checking if there was enough to remake my order. When she walked away with the 2 cups I thought she would combine them into the one order, not throw out both cups.

So now they were out of the only flavor I really came there for. She offered another flavor but I didn’t purchase anything else. If I had known I wouldn’t end up with any banana I would have taken the cup with all banana and foregone the chocolate. I was never given that option though.

It just seemed like a big unnecessary waste and it was frustrating that she didn’t check to see how much was left before trashing what she’d already scooped. I get she maybe couldn’t serve it to someone else but throwing it in the trash you can’t serve it to anyone then and it’s a waste and a lost sale.

I think you should talk to your employees about what to do when they make a mistake. I don’t know why she couldn’t have served the ice cream to me still instead of just trashing it. Even if she had to give away extra it’s better than throwing it in the trash and getting...

1. I am writing this review (2-stars) only with the intention to help the owner(s). I had a cone with two scoops: Strawberry Cheesecake and Amaretto Cherry (I believe it's called). I tasted neither cheesecake nor Amaretto flavors at all. Both should have a very distinguishable flavor/taste. We are going to go incognito in two weeks for another taste. Make sure if you promise such a flavor, it should be there. In addition, I understand the owner wants to save in costs (very understandable), but the only young lady available did it all, e.g. Cleaning, receiving packages, grabbing money and serving. It is not her fault, but hygiene wise is not a good practice. I hope it improves, otherwise you will get a one-star review....Part 2) Per your response the flavors are correct, in that case why bother going back, I might as well give you a one-star...

Went for the first time last week. When I came in there was good music playing and good vibes. The freezers are packed with different fun flavors and they are all posted on the wall too if you can't see them. They gave me a free taste of a flavor I was contemplating and it was good but I went with something different.

The staff were super friendly and patient. We will definitely be returning however I hope they can do something about the bee situation. There were many bees swarming around the trash bins and one of them kept coming by my sons cone and he eventually got scared and threw it into the parking lot. I'm sure they would've given us a new one if we had asked.
