i ordered hibachi via door dash last night,& i honestly wish i had a picture of what you guys call hibachi noodles. It was lomain/ramen type noodles with no sauce. & randomly green onion/shallots sprinkled into it? tf is that? they were very, very dry.i threw them away, they were NOT good.they smelled weird & were absolutely disgusting. im hoping this isnt what you do at dine-in...because ive gone to the dine in years ago & always remember everything being very good. i rarely use door dash, but besides the door dash fees, this food was way too expensive for what it was,& the tiny portions.also why is everything floating in an extreme amount of liquid? not even the sauce, its watery liquid. my steak was submerged. (besides that,it was actually cooked right and edible)i seriously regret spending so much because the quality/quantity isnt what hibachi usually is. ill stick to fuji 72 dine in only.the quality of this delivery made me decide to never give dine in at this...

I usually order sushi from here and is usually good but when I went to pick my order up and was sitting waiting for it by the counter, a mouse ran up next to me. I took videos and pictures of it. Mind you this is after I've paid. I asked the lady at the counter if they are doing anything about their rodent issue and she seemed "surprised" to see it. She gave me multiple excuses like they are moving to a new location then it changed to they are taking care of now. Then while we are talking, the mouse is just roaming around the menus right on top of them for dine in customers! I asked for a refund and got it. I was disgusted and appalled and it seemed to not even phase this lady and the other employees. And when I asked for a return, she moved something in Cantonese which I assume isn't something nice. I have video and picture evidence which I can supply as proof.

I heard him say it 3 or 4 times "so there is no gluten right?" It said it on the receipt too. When I received it the chicken, it was coated in something. Looked like flour but could have been cornstarch. I called back and talked to 3 different people trying to figure out what the coating was. Finally Ken comes on and tells me some customers ask for it breaded and they gave me that by mistake. RIDICULOUS! I would never trust them with Sushi, I can just imagine their safety practices. Makoto get your act together, allergies are...
