Went to the McDonald's on S Main # 37577 today. I placed my order and my grandchildren and my daughter placed her order. I upgrade my coffee $1.29 and my daughter $2.29. She charged me and I gave her my card. To pay for our order. I was trying to ask about the difference in upgrade price but didn't get an answer. I'm calling the number for complaints to find out about this and so many people were coming in complaining
UPDATE: I went thru the drive thru after my therapy appointment. I ordered 2 senior coffees and 2 sausage mcgriddles I paid for my order and was advised to pull to them next window to pickup my order. Upon arrival I was given my mcgriddles and waiting for my coffee she asked that we pull up to the next window. We pulled up to the next window and waited for approximately 5 minutes for the coffee and some people behind us were being given drinks. I proceeded inside with my receipt to find out why was it taking so long to prepare 2senior coffees? I had to wait to get someone's attention then a lady was bringing coffee to someone in the lobby and I asked her about me having to wait outside for 2senior coffees. She asked for my receipt I gave it to her and while I was waiting several more people came in that was outside waiting for something as well. To me it should not have taken this long to give us 2cups of coffee. I was very upset with this service that I received.
UPDATE:
This morning I went to McDonald's on S. Main in Stafford and placed my order when got to the window the complete order was incorrect. The cashier at the window got the order corrected. I went and parked and rechecked and the order and my mcgriddle was to only be bread and sausage but they put cheese on it. We took it back they corrected it and the lady kept it to.my knowledge that is unsanitary because the food has already come out of the restaurant. I have never had that happen before. Read moreI'm usually not one to complain but this McDonald's needs some serious help. First they gave me everything I didn't ask for, for my daughters happy meal. I ordered her a 6 piece happy meal, 2 fries, and honey mustard for dipping sauce. She got 1 fry, 1 apple slice, and BBQ sauce. She wanted more fries today but didn't get them. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries combo. I got 1 double cheeseburger and a basket of fries. Luckily I caught that at the window. Then I opened my sandwich to see I got the sorriest bun for my mcrib I ever saw. It barely has any sauce too. My husband didn't want any onions on his double cheeseburgers and they only gave him ketchup and mustard no pickles and no onions. It just looks really sad and I was really looking forward to eating this. I can't even eat it. They got something wrong in some way or another on each of our meals. It's like they didn't read our order right or they didn't take our order right. This was a disappointing experience and I won't be going back there again that's for sure. I even had to post pictures of this so called "burger bun" because it's hard to believe. The pictures really don't show what I'm looking at in real time. It's small and really thin and it's just making me mad that I actually paid money for this crap. I almost feel like this was done on purpose. They knew this bun shouldn't have been used and they sold it anyway. I feel like I got bamboozled. Shame on you McDonald's for selling me this garbage. I wish I would've gone to Burger King or Taco bell. I'm mad at you McDonald's and I usually give people really good reviews. This isn't in my character to be complaining about any business. I like to give good reviews. I just want to do my part to bring them good business and customers. And I have nothing...
Read moreI normally hit the drive through, but I was in a hurry and would have been the 3rd car in line to order, so I went in. If I had planned ahead or had ordered online before, I could have gone up to the kiosk and ordered and paid there as there was one of the two kiosks free. Not using one person at the resister in line, I assumed he had orders however, he had not been waited on. Very soon after stepping up to the line someone took his order and then mine. The wait time was short as expected for a fast food restaurant. The gentleman who took my order was mature, friendly and professional. There seemed to be a lot of workers inside, which I guess is normal for a weekend in this busy location. My only hesitation in giving more stars was more corporate directed: I’m missing the salads and grilled chicken options… how about at least a lettuce 🥬 wrap option for us low-no carbbers? I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere if I hadn’t had to wipe the table and chair myself… I think a coffee competitor has their associates clean the cafe area every 20 min… not a bad policy; just saying’ I guess I could have sat at one of the two or three clean tables… I just wanted to sit at the bar height table with stools. Over all a great experience, friendly workers, the food tasted fresh and the tomatoes and pickles & lettuce was distributed nicely on my home style burger I requested without onions (accommodation easily made… I appreciate that!) please let corporate know: we want more healthy, low fat, low sugar, low carb options please…...
