Chamak is one of my favorite places to shop and Sarah is one of my favorite people. She's warm, funny, intelligent, and passionate about her creations. Her products are made with quality ingredients. Sarah is a true artist. She cleverly combines ingredients (in both chocolates and cosmetics) to truly stimulate the senses. Her chocolates are packaged beautifully and make wonderful gifts. Sarah opened the shop for a special birthday treat for me and I have been in love ever since. A gorgeous box from Chamak makes my family happy. Chamak cosmetics work well and feel amazing. I feel good about using such nourishing products. Chamak cosmetics make me feel like I'm treating myself. Sarah puts lots of thought in the packaging and environment. I appreciate the extra details that go in to each creation. I love that you can customize make-up specifically for your skin with Sarah. The cream blush comes in lots of flattering hues. The blush spreads on smoothly and gives my skin a dewy glow. The refreshing Cucumber Spray is a healthy burst of skin soothing goodness. I keep it in my bag and spray through out the day for skin boosting hydration and a pick me up. Extra handy on sleepy Mama days and early morning school carpooling. The lip balm is amazing! The colors are so lovely and neutral. It feels soft and wonderful on tired winter lips. I love the addition of clove and cinnamon essential oil. The combination seems to perfectly accent the color. Bonus... The sweet scent helps to freshen breath. I apply the lip balm multiple times a day and I'm always extremely happy with the texture and color. My lips stay soft hours after application. Sarah is constantly improving and creating amazing products. I love stopping by to see what she's working on and introducing. Every time I drop by I leave feeling fabulous with a new surprise... Update: Had makeup and hair services performed by Chamak for my wedding and they did a phenomenal job! Each event (I had three since it was an Indian wedding) had a unique outfit color and shade, and Sarah did a wonderful job finding the perfect balance of shade, tone, and style that fit the look I was going for. She used only the best quality makeup and worked effortlessly to make sure my face looked flawless (the pictures came out great). My hair was pinned back nicely and I looked elegant for each event. Definitely a great experience, I'd recommend it to anyone for their special day!

Stopped in because I had heard so many good things about this place and wanted to check it out for myself. I was so impressed with the owner's passion and creativity when it came to artisan chocolates. Everything about these decadent desserts was phenomenal. From the combination of unique flavors that had just the right amount of balance (like Anar Kali pomegranate) to the ornately decorated Badam Badshah almond made to look like a king's crown. I love that I have found a place where the sweets taste as good as they look! And don't get me started on the cosmetics side of it- they have a whole array of fabulous eye shadows, blushes, and custom blend lipsticks.
