First time going here, tried it on a Sunday morning. Was no wait but a nice crowd. Walked in and the lady manning the front register wasn’t exactly the most welcoming. She assumed I was there for a pickup, asked what name was the order. I told her I’m there to eat inside. She gave me a menu and told me to seat myself. I did, took a good while for a server to come, I saw one couple leave because they didn’t get anyone to their table for a while after they sat down. But I wasn’t on a schedule so I waited it out. I had two different servers which I assumed were working all tables together. Both of them were delightful and friendly. I ordered a veggie omelette with hash browns. Both were good but I do wish the veggies were chopped down a bit smaller. I go to pay my ticket and same lady at the front register didn’t even ask how was my food/experience etc. just took the ticket, swiped my card with zero interaction. But in any case I’d go back simply because I did enjoy the flavor of the food and the two waitresses were...
Read moreI haven't been to this place since the pandemic. I was excited to go. Went on a Saturday at 10:10 for breakfast. We didn't even get seated, given menus and told to sit in the back room. The server did come to get our drinks fairly fast and took our order at 10:20. We had an 18 month old with us so by 11:15, one hour later, we started asking about our food. It wasn't until we finally got up to leave, that the waitress finally said that there were 2 people cooking and backed up. 2 things can be said about that situation. First, advise your customers of the wait on food before ordering, so we can make the decision to leave or stay. Second, take care of the customers in the restaurant as opposed to the take out orders being sent to the register. And as fir as they server stating we need to be patient, if we were even communicated to during, maybe things would have been different, but to just see 5 host/servers just standing around while most of the tables had nothing...is ridiculous! We will...
Read moreI use to eat here a lot seeing as I worked right down the street. Me and my crew ate here about every morning, but the old lady who runs the place would always charge different prices price gouging. One day it’s $10 the next ya $15 for the same thing, about a month ago I went in got a liver mush on toast and a sweet tea to go, sweet tea tasted like toilet water and the sandwich was the size of my palm with a $10 price tag. But I figured maybe they had a bad day. Went in for the last time last week ordered two hamburger patties with cheese and a lemon water, the patties were put into two separate containers to make you think they were of good size. Lucky I wasn’t gonna be fooled again both were the size of small sausage patties. The old lady again money hungry wanted to charge me $11 for two patties only with cheese and a water. Never again with this place and never will my crew eat here, don’t with the...
