Let's do it. The service was phenomenal. The spot is cute and has a nice vibe. I ordered a soup and a salad the soup was Lobster Chowder it had a great base creamy lots of potatoes seasoned well I think it might have had noodles in it but I didn't taste one piece of lobster and I ate the whole thing. If it's called lobster, I should see it on my spoon, not every spoon but some off them. Great soup, no Lobster. I ordered a Roasted Red Pepper Salad with fresh Mozzarella and Prosciutto. I didn't eat it. If your gonna charge 10.00 for small salad I want the stars of the Salad in abundance it was a little bit of roasted peppers a sprinkle of mozzarella and mad tomatoes and cucumbers no...I wanted plenty of fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers I should have just customized the salad and ordered Lettuce extra mozzarella roasted peppers with red onion and olive oil. It was a nice place. I would definitely go back for the soup and the service. And the homemade croutons they gave me...

Plenty of options. The vegan butternut squash and ginger soup was so heartwarming and I'm really glad their chicken and tuna salads are made fresh and just use mayo, herbs, relish, etc instead of adding yogurt or sour cream since I'm allergic to dairy. It was actually very easy for me to eat something clean and filling because I got a half soup/half "sandwich" and just had my chicken salad as a salad with romaine, tomatoes, and freshly shredded carrots. They have a great assortment of pre-packaged juices, teas, and chips too, so if I'd had room, I'd have eaten the chicken salad with a bag of avocado oil Kettle chips because nobody has those, ever. The staff is also the absolute friendliest. A+ all around.

Only thing I would change would be better non-dairy milk and creamer brands (like barista blends from Elmhurst, Califia Farms, Oatly, or Pacific Foods) because they only have Silk, but that is really my only suggestion. Their coffee was just fine black with a touch of...

Bad Service, Unfair to My Husband**

The server, an older white lady, I forgot her name but it was the oldest server lady there, was not nice to my husband, who is a dark brown skinned man. She asked me and our son how our food was but didn't ask my husband and right after she asked me, she passes him slowly looking at him up and down without asking him “how was his food” and She looked at him in a mean way.

Everytime she called him sir she would emphasize it in such a rude way, like if she was bothered by his existence.

Also, they didn't give my husband enough food. He got only one slice of ham in his sandwich, but mine and our son's had a lot. It seemed unfair and not right.

Other white people that came in would just stare at my husband strangely. The environment wasn’t welcoming at all.

I'm writing this to let others, especially people of color, know what happened. This should not happen at a restaurant. I hope they fix this problem so everyone is...

Tucked in the heart of Stamford is an exceptional culinary haven named Seasons Eats. This charming venue has become my go-to for morning sustenance, where warmth and hospitality are served as generously as their delicious fare. The team's dedication and hard work shine brightly in the consistent quality of their food and service. The ladies here look after me with such kindness and attention, making each visit feel like coming home. The breakfast veggie burrito is nothing short of a gastronomic triumph. Its tantalizing flavors elevate it to Michelin-star quality. The combination of the vibrant omelette and robust salsa wrapped together creates a fusion that's both ridiculously amazing and comfortingly familiar. Consistency, warmth, and culinary excellence make Seasons Eats a bustling hub of Stamford mornings. It's more than just a restaurant—it's the heart and soul of our community. Truly, a place that's always jamming!

Walked in and vibe was already off. I’m assuming the old lady with white hair is the owner or someone they leave working the front. She is beyond rude and looks as if she is over being there which is no one’s fault but her own if she is working at 60. Anyways as we sat down and was confused due to it being our first time there we were looking up at written menus because we were not sure how to order and I assumed there was no menus as my friend tells me oh she is bringing menus I say oh okay cool she goes yes there is one of me and 12 of you meaning the people in the cafe. That is beyond rude no one was rushing her or asking for her to move faster. That comment was not needed and was rude to say to guest especially when you are suppose to show hospitality. We got up and left because I refuse to eat garbage food and be treated that way. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re used to good service.

Such a charming little spot! The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I love the lady that works there. It's a place where you go and feel right at home. I got the crab cake blt and that was super delicious and the bacon was perfectly crisp. The crab cake was an actual "I can definitely see the crab" kind of crabcake which makes me feel strange to have to specify that but I've been burned one too many times at other places. My significant other got the pastrami breakfast sandwich and we shared a lobster chowder. Everything was outstanding. We were on vacation and eating at a place makes you wish you were a local. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and would definitely come back again.
