Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Stanley

The past 3 times I’ve ordered delivery, it’s been over an hour and a half delivery time. The first time I never said anything. The second time, I called (after almost two hours of not having my pizza) and explained that I was upset because this was repetitive. The manager apologized and offered me a free pizza (which I never got) and he did offer me a refund but I didn’t want to stiff the driver out of the tip so I said that’s okay. Then this last time, I got a delivery estimate time of 54-64 minutes....I checked on the tracker an hour later and it still said the same time that it said an hour prior. I called and told them I would come pick it up considering I could have had it sooner that way anyway if they would have just let me know. But what’s the point of getting delivery if you just have to pick it up anyway? They never offered me a refund. I think one of the drivers offered me a drink or something when I got there but I declined. I’d rather have good customer service considering they’re on the pricey side and I ALWAYS tip well. I won’t be ordering there again. Sucks because it’s the only place that will deliver to my house in the area. But I’m tired of being a loyal customer to a company who...

This is an update tried them again tonight. After the last time they messed up my order i was offered a free replacement which I never called and got. My family wanted pizza again tonight. Ordered extra cheese... nope there were multiple places where you could just see sauce and a very thin layer on the rest. Decided to try the jalapeno popper bread bites again, but just jalapenos and barely any cream cheese or none in most bites. This location is an absolute joke. You get paid to do a job then do it. Either needs to new management. Obviously the owner doesn't care about quality control either. I will be calling corporate. Keep your free pizza. I wouldn't eat it if I was paid to. Again no point in even calling to complain as it never gets fixed. Work on quality.

Ordered a pizza online Saturday night. The tracking tool said it would take 45 minutes after we placed the order. After an hour of the tracking tool showing no progress we decided to ride to the store assuming it had to be made by then. Get to the store, wait another 10 minutes and it finally shows the pizza is ready to pick up. I go inside and 3 people are in line ahead of me. 2 are waiting for their order and the guy in front of me goes ahead and places an order to carry out. I pay and I'm told they are slicing my pizza as we speak. 20 minutes later my pizza finally comes and so does the guy's who just ordered. Pretty ridiculous I place an order online and have to wait over an hour and a half for it and the guy in front of me comes in and places an order and gets his in 20 minutes. The pizza was good but the service is terrible. About half of the staff weren't wearing a mask. Even the manager had his mask down when he came up to the register and asked what my name was for my order. Got the pics to...
