Bad service hair was on my food last time..i went today with family and the lady ask us to wear a facemask so she can give us service. since we didnt had one.she just gave me one so i can orden for everyone. So i order and boom everything was ok no hair this time..but a lady came in with family we saw she order with NO facemask and i got mad. So before we left i told her u say i have to wear a facemask so u can give me service but yet u didnt told this lady to wear one so u can give her service.so i told her it was not fear that she had to give me one so i can have service but she didnt with this lady .i got so mad.her name is Marlene i think. And i will go talk to manager cus this lady was not been fair. At all..so next time i go i will not wear one and i make sure she will give me service without a facemask.and if she denies me service i will remind her why im not wearing a facemask. This is the lady..not cool..for...

My 3rd time: I made a phone order and although the man repeated my order back, when I arrived the order was incorrect. He seemed really bothered when I told him it was wrong. ( my personal opinion is if anyone should have been bothered it should be me). We took our food home and discovered each taco had a completely different size serving of meat. Plus this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered this plate and asked if it comes with sour cream. They say yes.. but it’s missing Again. The food is just not consistent. Te food is okay but the service people are terrible. They all speak Spanish and poor in english so most of times when i asked to replace the beans to rice, they’ll give me the wrong order. Also they can’t exchange the side totilla to rice- that i need to pay extra just for rice. What really pissed me off is —— they’ll defaultly keep your change & not give coin back.
