Honestly turned my bad week into a great week. After a couple hours at home I finally figured out how to change my front windshield wipers on my own, only to find out my rear wiper was completely different and I got the wrong one at target, and then the wrong one at Costco, oof! I decided to go to autozone to get the correct wiper, and my headlight just went out too. I was instantly greeted by a friendly woman who got me the correct parts I needed (I didn’t catch her name, but I came on 3/15/23 at 7:45pm). She explained the different bulb options I could pick from and what the differences were. Also two employees, (I believe their names are Benwar and Enji) installed the wiper & headlight bulbs for me!!! Everyone was soo nice & happy to help. Not sure if this kid was just having a bad day. But he was a mute. Zero communication. Didn't acknowledge you. He mumbled 2 word answers. I wasn't sure if I was being helped or not with his silence. After he "helped" me return my battery for core, I asked if they had a book in the back to look up my oil filter. He just mumbled no book. I then told him the 2 vehicles I needed filters for. He looked it up. Walked off without saying anything. So I followed him to the filters. Then he hands me 2 filters and leaves. How do you know I want that brand filter? Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Didn't walk me back to the counter. I got back to the counter seconds after him and he was no where to be found. He hid in the back. I gladly had another person ring me up. People like this just doesn't deserve a job. Go flip burgers where you don't have to communicate...

Had car battery checked it read "green"was told it was good and that I had a gold battery"good one".After being checked went to start car and it didn't start after just having it checked..lol! Was told it was the starter.Next day I had my mechanic look at it right away he said I needed a new battery just from looking at it so then I had to drive back to AutoZone and get a new battery now isn't that funny. Your stores should carry the updated battery car jumper like AAA has I mean if you're offering the service to have your battery checked you should have your employees use the updated versions not regular jumper cables that's crazy when you carry them in the store but your employees have to use jumper cables still I thought that was also funny it was a very...
