ATTENTION: REVIEW BASED ON DELIVERY
Wife and I usually come around or order delivery every so often, but there are many times where the restaurant does not perform well with delivery services.
Our truck is in the shop, so my wife ordered DoorDash for dinner on 11-July, between 16:00~16:30. The app says it'll be ready in about 45 minutes. No drivers available, pretty normal for a small town. Usually, the app tells us that the food is done and ready to go with other restaurants, but we never got a text or message saying that JitB confirmed the order. Strange.
A driver gets to the restaurant and ends up waiting approx. 25 minutes before they receive the order. She says the store was swamped, which we assume is possible now that COVID restrictions have lifted -- though the website says there's only drive-thru services. Odd.
When we get the food, JitB did not give us the tacos we ordered, and the bacon was missing on all of our sandwiches. The beef tasted burnt and rushed, and there was almost no sauce on my burger (I ordered the Bacon Ult Chsbrgr), and the drinks tasted very watery (we ordered easy ice, so very strange).
This isn't the first time we've had missing items and sub-par food from this location through DoorDash, even if the quality already isn't great. This restaurant was also unlisted from DoorDash for several months before reappearing a couple of weeks ago. My assumption is that JitB employees and management had several complaints before, and managed to get reboarded onto DoorDash. DoorDash and their driver were extremely understanding and helped us, but I even called into the store and waited for twenty-or-so rings to ask what was going on before the phone burst into high-pitched squealing.

Because I work locally, and used to live locally. Since long before covid i have been consistently dissapointed by this location. Today for the 3rd day in a row i was unable to get something to eat this morning after work. Day 1) @605am " im sorry our grills arnt up yet i only have drinks" Day 2) @615am same thing. Day 3) no one ever answered the box or came to the window at all. I waited 25 mins. No employees. But there was someone outside sitting in their car in front. :/ on saturday...when your open 24/7... ontop of those recent happenings. You have closed early at night, or stopped serving early at night and turned customers away prior to closing on a consistant basis. There has been numerous times you were supposed to be open and were not. There has been countless issues with improperly cooked food ive experienced. Or wait times that have exceed 20 mins at times when there is no one in line. I dont even know why i bother to go. Probably because of the lack of choices in stanwood and i dont like Mcdonalds. There really is a problem here. Ive talked to a manager once in the past on the phone when there was problems before. With unsatisfactory answers/reply. Its obvious you need some new employees, more of them, and better trained. And need to monitor your location to make sure it is opperating as it should and your employees are actually working.
