Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Stanwood

Wife and I usually come around or order delivery every so often, but there are many times where the restaurant does not perform well with delivery services.

Our truck is in the shop, so my wife ordered DoorDash for dinner on 11-July, between 16:00~16:30. The app says it'll be ready in about 45 minutes. No drivers available, pretty normal for a small town. Usually, the app tells us that the food is done and ready to go with other restaurants, but we never got a text or message saying that JitB confirmed the order. Strange.

A driver gets to the restaurant and ends up waiting approx. 25 minutes before they receive the order. She says the store was swamped, which we assume is possible now that COVID restrictions have lifted -- though the website says there's only drive-thru services. Odd.

When we get the food, JitB did not give us the tacos we ordered, and the bacon was missing on all of our sandwiches. The beef tasted burnt and rushed, and there was almost no sauce on my burger (I ordered the Bacon Ult Chsbrgr), and the drinks tasted very watery (we ordered easy ice, so very strange).

This isn't the first time we've had missing items and sub-par food from this location through DoorDash, even if the quality already isn't great. This restaurant was also unlisted from DoorDash for several months before reappearing a couple of weeks ago. My assumption is that JitB employees and management had several complaints before, and managed to get reboarded onto DoorDash. DoorDash and their driver were extremely understanding and helped us, but I even called into the store and waited for twenty-or-so rings to ask what was going on before the phone burst into high-pitched squealing.

If you're looking to order from DoorDash, be cautious. It's better to just drive to JitB and wait it out in...

This is absolutely the worst location of the Jack in the Box franchise I ever been too. I have frequented this location on and off over 3 years. Because I work locally, and used to live locally. Since long before covid i have been consistently dissapointed by this location. Today for the 3rd day in a row i was unable to get something to eat this morning after work. Day 1) @605am " im sorry our grills arnt up yet i only have drinks" Day 2) @615am same thing. Day 3) no one ever answered the box or came to the window at all. I waited 25 mins. No employees. But there was someone outside sitting in their car in front. :/ on saturday...when your open 24/7... ontop of those recent happenings. You have closed early at night, or stopped serving early at night and turned customers away prior to closing on a consistant basis. There has been numerous times you were supposed to be open and were not. There has been countless issues with improperly cooked food ive experienced. Or wait times that have exceed 20 mins at times when there is no one in line. I dont even know why i bother to go. Probably because of the lack of choices in stanwood and i dont like Mcdonalds. There really is a problem here. Ive talked to a manager once in the past on the phone when there was problems before. With unsatisfactory answers/reply. Its obvious you need some new employees, more of them, and better trained. And need to monitor your location to make sure it is opperating as it should and your employees are actually working. I wish i could contact the actual owner directly. This buisness is an insult to the jack in the box franchise. You shouldnt get to own...

Thear manager went by the name lucky was so rude it was like the person that took my order was playing around they kept haven me say my order over and over like he couldn't Evan get my order right when I got my food it was wrong I payed for two cheese burgers for myself they only gave me one and it was wrong so I go back to the drive through and tell them i wasn't rude are anything they tell me to park and they will bring it out its the manager so try to talk to him about how unpleasant it was to have the kid that took my order was playing around taken my order how he kept having me give my order over and over they did it 4 times had to even go thru the drive thru 3 time it was no fun at all the manager was so rude for no reason at all I wasn't rude to him at all he seemed so angry so rude I ask him for his name he tells me his name is lucky I felt like what did I do I was not rude I had my wife and kids whith me it wasn't like I was rude in anyway I did not eat my food I just threw it away I will not go back the kids that take your order treat it like it's a game the manager acts way to aggressive it's like hey lucky take a brake and calm down I wasn't rude to him and if you try to talk to him he is way to aggressive for no reason and leaves you feeling like what did I do I was just taking my family out to eat what a horrible...
