Starbucks — Restaurant in Stanwood

Servers are great, my 1 star review is based on the conditions I noticed of the employees.

I have worked service and retail throughout many years, and I was disappointed to enter this building and find it so hot!!! The temperature outside is warm but when I entered this location it was so hot! I could literally see the workers sweating!

Aside from the fact I don’t want human sweat in my coffee, I found it pretty disgusting that anyone would have to work a shift in such heat!

I asked someone about their AC if they even had one, and they just shrugged and said it had been like this since they started working there… for months!!!

I am not sure what is wrong with management but absolutely unacceptable! Fix your freaking ac or something a building shouldn’t be 80 degrees hot or more absolutely disgusting!!

Servers were great, kind and the food was fine. Just the heat in the building was so humid and all the bodies inside seemed to make it worse. Absolutely insane to me, never walked into a Starbucks before and felt so gross...

This is the worst cup of I've ever gotten from Starbucks. Asked for it to be made extra hot since it was take out. The Grande Carmel Macchiato was barely warm. Ordered a 3 shot cup, it barely had 1 shot, so weak it wasn't even a dark color. Carmel Sauce couldn't even be seen. Horrible cup was so shocking. 2nd cup was barely warm also. This like many other Starbucks can get busy. You can order online and I recommend it. Parking is terrible and the drive through is weird. Add that to the fact you can just go in Safeway and get a Starbucks if your shopping and it makes it a little strange to go here. However, the selection is comprehensive.
