MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Stanwood

This is the best pizza place i've been to in a long time. I ordered an 11 inch pizza, vegetarian on 1/2 and cheese on the other half. I love the thin crust, though it is definately strong enough to handle multiple vegetable options. It is awesome that any additional toppings are included in the same price when you build your own pizza. I also ordered a side salad with a lot of vegetables added. Amazingly all of the additional vegetables added to a spinach and spring mix salad were evenly distributed throughout the salad. I also ordered both blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing. Both were awesome. They stuffed the crown topped salad bowl. I have had 3 dinner sized plates of salad with just the side salad ordered. I can't imagine how large the dinner sized salad is. Everything there was just perfect and delicious. I can't wait to go back. I especially liked their roasted garlic and broccoli. The fresh spinach on top of the pizza was cooked perfectly. It's as though they cooked most of the pizza and then added some of the more fragile vegetables to cook at a later time. Very well done. They are very appreciative of tips, and I got the impression that they don't receive them often. When ordering online and paying by credit card I didn't see an option to add a tip, so...

First off, I want to be sensitive to any disabilities that employees may have. However, when it takes 30 minutes to even order after arriving (second in line), and then a further 15 minutes to assemble the 3 pizzas we ordered before even getting put in the oven, it negatively affects the overall experience to a high degree. I would hope that the management would recognize that and make proper arrangements to support the employee, but instead they left them high and dry.

We’ve come here often since they’ve opened, and the service continues to decline. This will probably be the last time we come in. I can only hope management and the owners can address these issues before the community turns their back...

Not impressed with service and pizza was without much flavor. These are very small pizzas and maybe feed two people. Thin crust was Nothing to write home about. Reminded me of pita bread texture and taste. Pizza order and make was friendly and informative. It was after the pizza hit the oven, when it came out, it was shoved off to the side and sat there, until I spoke up to the two conversing employees, that I believe that was my pizza. When I arrived home, the pizza was cold. I cannot recommend this brand new establishment. Papa Murphy's would be a better choice. And I'm not a big fan of that establishment either. I will continue to use Sahara pizza, as they are excellent. Sorry Mod pizza...
