I am so impressed by this Papa Murphy's, they truly have an understanding staff. I went in to pick up a pizza yesterday and found that we had ordered a stuffed pizza and I thought that we had ordered a regular one. Right away they offered to make a new one, despite it saying stuffed on the receipt. They even offered to give a refund. When it turned out they couldn't, the manager kindly and calmly explained that she was unable to due to it being an online order. I said that was fine and made sure we'd still be paying the same price we did online. I thanked them for remaking the pizza and went on my way. A short bit later I found out that we actually did intend to order a stuffed pizza. I went back in and asked if they still had it and offered to give back the pizza they had made. They gave me the original stuffed pizza we had ordered and said we could keep the other one as well. I apologized multiple times, knowing well that this was all my fault. They were so calm and forgiving. This is truly what customer service is all about! Thank you so much to the staff that was working, you are awesome and doing...
Read moreI've been going to Papa Murphys for 25 years and will never go back to this particular store again. From start to finish this was an unsatisfactory experience. The on-hold music played the same teeth grinding six bars for over five minutes then the person taking the order absolutely could not understand that I wanted triple sausage on my pizza. When the pizza was unwrapped for the oven, there wasn't even enough sausage to have three pieces on each slice and so little pizza sauce the crust was unpalatable. The crust was so skimpy it didn't even go to the edge of the baking tray. This is the second time my family has used this store and both times we were horribly disappointed. Don't go here, use the Smokey Point or...
Read moreMost visits are very good. Good pizza and service. I can deal with kids making a pizza that looks like it was made with eyes closed. I can even deal with a Cowboy that weighs 10 oz. What I can’t deal with is the current rumor that the sausage is no longer available. Last Cowboy purchased had the crumble sausage (same as used in NY XL), which is NOT acceptable. They told me on today’s visit that they will be using that moving forward. So I will say good bye and good luck. The Cowboy was a favorite going back years and years. Doesn’t taste even close without...
