Whenever I pass through Seattle and have time, I try to find my way to Raliberto's in Everett...so when I went to Stanwood for a meeting and came across this location, I was not only pleasantly surprised little Stanwood had a taco shop, but excited it was Rali's! I grew up in San Diego, where carne asada everything (tacos, burritos, fries, nachos) were introduced to me- and my love for it began. No place in WA that I have been to comes close- until discovering Raliberto's- this Stanwood location is included. I ordered a carne asada burrito and tamarindo juice on my first visit. The burrito was up to par! The carne was flavorful, pico was fresh and the guacamole was just right. My very tiny critique was the flour tortilla felt a little thick and not as hot as I'm used to but I was still more than happy with my food. Juice was a perfect compliment to my food. Also, the young gentleman at the counter went above and beyond! He was friendly and kind, saying hello when I walked in, took my order promptly, and walked both my juice and food over to me while I waited. If there was a rude man working previously, this was not him. Not to mention his smile might bring back some old customers and hopefully bring in some new ones! Thanks for a great first impression of the Stanwood location- so happy I accidentally found it!

Just got the "fajita burrito" (because I love fajitas) and it was one of the worst dishes I have ever tasted in my entire life. They put some oily shortening like sauce with veggies and chicken but no seasoning, nothing Mexican of any sort...no cumin, chili powder, pepper, salt, nothing. They ask if you want hot sauce, presumably to drown out the oily nothingness flavor. It is absolutely disgusting. I never throw away food but I'm going hungry tonight, since it's after 10 now and I'm out of options. I have eaten food from dumpsters before and this is worse than that. Even the chicken tasted like it had been freezer burned or gotten lots of bacteria. Just want to make others aware so you don't make my mistake. There are literal Mexican restaurants right across the street that serve fantastic food!!! And it's Mexican! Oh and they also have these super obnoxious signs saying you need to tip at the DRIVE THRU! 😂

My fiancé and I stopped by on one of our road trip adventures. My fiancé ordered a bean and cheese burrito. The burrito was cold. The carne asada fries were hot and fresh from what I could see and taste the meat was tender and hot. The Carne Asada is the only reason I enjoyed about the Asada Fries. The salsa given to us smelled old like it had been sitting inside a refrigerator fermenting for weeks. I know fresh salsa since I make homemade salsa at home. The Pepsi was carbonated and sweet. The outside of the place seems very clean. The lady that took our order was nice and friendly. Customer service was great! Food wasn’t something I will remember or adventure back to try again in my near future. Customer Service is 5/5 Food Flavor 2/5 Quality 2/5 Atmosphere 3/5 Not much vibes here

This food is absolutely terrible. I've tried the shop 4 times now. 2 times late at night in the Drive-through window. Once inside the restaurant during normal day ours around noon and then today at 12:10 p.m. On my lunch I got the assada burrito pretty simple right? Its the same thing I get every time but don't worry about it because whatever evil person is working in that kitchen is working there solely to torture the people who enjoy Mexican food. If it wasn't for the mounding globs of guacamole that is similar to child vomit in taste and texture that must be portioned in cup Sizes, then the absolutely disgusting meat that must sit in a broth for days and days on end would have been OK. But 4 out of 4 times they have got not only the meat wrong but twice they have forgotten to put any rice or beans so that means folks to times I had a 1/2 a cup of meat 17 gallons of guacamole all stuffed in a nice tortilla. I highly encourage if its the owner behind the counter that he get someone else to prepare the food or whoever you have preparing your food should be fired because they are the worst the absolute worst at constructing one of the simplest foods known to man. Let's move on to the street style tacos that I've gotten 2 times there. I always order The steak tacos but just like my burrito experience once I have gotten pork which is a super fatty absolutely unflavored Bork to of the bytes I took were nothing but giant globs of fat that probly have been soaking and juices for a week. And the time I did get what he said was steak it tasted more like pork tongue that had been grilled and was in giant 2" by 2" cubed chunks. I'm really sad to see this business hold absolutely no value for the taste of their food or how they prepare anything or for checking on their employees if it is not the owner himself. It's very sad because a drive-through taco stand open late a night would have been genius but I cannot imagine that this restaurant or business will last very long serving food like this........

If food and services improve I will edit and...

I can't believe I'm having to do this, I love ralibertos. My husband and I have been getting breakfast burritos here since 2020. Usually 3-4 times a month. We loved the burritos, they were great. Up until about 6 months ago. The problems started off small, like steak breakfast burrito occasionally being pretty light on steak. But we are understanding people and weren't too bothered by it. But then within the last month and a half, I have had BLACK charred eggs, egg shells throughout the burrito, burnt bacon, undercooked bacon, and as of this morning, a combo of charred eggs, undercooked bacon and one massive glob of cheese (about the size of a golf ball) right in the center of the burrito. I can also agree with the other review that the new guy working the window, is rude as hell. I can understand having a bad day, but it's at least been 10+ times now of full on attitude and slamming the window. I always tip and never complain, but I feel like the most hated customer in the world. Overall it's just sad, this was a weekend tradition for us. We won't be back for awhile. BE...
