FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in Star

Overall Fizz is a wonderful place to get a drink. However the last 2 or 3 times, no matter the time we arrive, we sit at the speaker for at minimum 5+ minutes with half the time being ignored, and the other half being told to wait.

The orders are also 50/50 if correct. I'm not sure if it's a hiring issue or a lack of management control but something has to be fixed.

It's easy to just go to a gas station for a beverage or just down the road to Sodalicious or even the soon to open Swig. I do hope they can figure this out, but waiting 10 minutes to order, then have it be incorrect sometimes,...

Staff was friendly upon our arrival. 1st time I’m so wasn’t certain on what we were getting. We were offered a menu to look at. I got a pretzel w/ cheese sauce ( pretzel was good , I didn’t care for the cheese sauce but that’s just me. My son got a slushy drink that had shark gummies in it. He loved it! Super cute inside, loved all the turquoise decor. Super clean inside. I’ll be taking my son back for sure! He also got some popcorn which he chowed down on the car ride home. They have lots of Italian soda type drinks, frozen slushy/ice cream combos , great place to take your kids...

This last tuesday(two days ago) I had the worst experience here. I ordered two drinks the second smallest size, and I waited in line behind ONE truck for at least 5 minutes after I saw them get handed their order, when I pull up to the window there are two teen girls laughing and apologizing so I said ok. I asked if I can scan my phone bacon new to the app and before I could explain myself the one girl who wasn’t even checking me out cut me off and told me they already put the discount on. I’ve literally never heard more attitude in my life. I will be reporting this...
