I wasnāt going to make an issue of the food I received today when I came and dine in today. However, I feel the need to tell you all. Today, August 16, I order a salad that came with toasted bread and the street tacos. The toast was over salted along with the chicken that came on my tacos. My spouse food was over season but he ate it still. I couldnāt do the same because of my blood pressure. I asked for bread that didnāt have the salt on it but they said that they didnāt have any because thatās how they came. I took a bite of the first taco and they were really salty. So I asked my server to bring me another set without seasoning because I have high blood pressure along with more water to try to stop my blood pressure from going sky high. It took him a long time to bring my water. Iāve worked in a restaurant before so I understand balancing and seeing to each table. However, I didnāt like it one bit when he made me last to attend to after Iāve told him about my health issue. Instead of making my dire need top priority, he got drinks for the table that was just sat in his section and other tables. After waiting as he attended to all his tables, he brought us water. He came back and told me that they were remaking them and going to separate everything because they said it was probably the garlic sauce. I knew it was the chicken. When it was brought to me and I taste the chicken, I confirm it was the chicken. He asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said sure. I didnāt want anything else since the cook was over seasoning the food ; so it seemed. The manager never came to my table and I just wanted my check at this point because my blood pressure was increasing fast. Blood pressure as other heath issues should be taking more serious just like a food allergy when brought to attention . You can die from blood pressure. My blood pressure has not went down and Iām feeling really bad nearly 3 hours later. Although the tacos were taken off, it is not good enough for me. I may end up having to go to the emergency room tonight to get it to come down. My experience today is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was our second time eating from this location. The first time was take out and our food was HORRIBLE. Tonight was our second time, the food was better⦠but the service was HORRIBLE. My s/o and I travel around a lot and eat out a lot. This was by far the worst experience weāve had together! Our waitress was Beckah, once we sat down she came over within about 5 minutes for our drink and appetizer order⦠this puts us around 8:05pm. By the time we got our drinks it was 8:15, set them on the table and promptly walked away. 8:25 rolls around and we got our appetizer (mozzarella sticks), she then took our order, wings, burger, and wings to go! When my s/o decided his drink really was just not made well, instead of just not being mixed well, he wanted something else. We had to flag her down(literally), to tell her the drink was not good and we wanted something else. She got us that new drink, by the time we got our food is was 8:40, we ate dinner and around 9:05 we flagged her down, again⦠We asked about our to go order, she looked panicked and said she would go check on it.. She then came back and made some excuse of it not being done because she was waiting on us to tell her we were ready for it.. We ordered it when we ordered our food so we could grab everything and go when we were done.. after being ignored again, we flagged her down to ask for another Pepsi while we waited, at around 9:25 she came over and we asked for the check. When she brought It over I checked it to make sure the first drink was removed, it wasnāt. I then asked her to remove it and was told she didnāt think she could removed it because he drank some of it (less then a 1/4 of it). I told her to go talk to someone about it being removed because we werenāt paying $10 for a drink we didnāt drink. Around 9:35 we finally were leaving. As I said, this was the worst experience weāve had with a waitress. Unfortunately, we will probably not be visiting this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām in town for a week and Iāve been here three times. Each time the service has been very slow and inattentive. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I sat at the bar as usual. The bartender whom I believe is a training manager ask ādo you know what youāre drinking?ā This was a bit average but okay. I order a drink and I wasnāt asked about a menu. Once I finally got her attention I asked to see a menu. She accommodated my request and said you can just let me know when your ready to order. Odd sales tactic but okay. Finally Iām able to get her attention to order the food. She clearly didnāt us a seat number, because my food was auctioned to two other people at the before it was rudely slid in front of me by one of the closing servers. (I remember when being a close was reserved for the talented team-members.) Iām just saying! Well I have food but no silverware or napkins. After I asked for the basics the bartender jokingly replies āno you can only eat with your fingers.ā Well thatās funny because I was eating with my fingers. Right about now another order gets auctioned at the bar and itās another customerās food and the food of the bartender. Now Iām pretty sure eating behind the bar in the mist of serving customers and pouring drinks is a clear violation of BWWās policy. Iām sure you get the picture so Iām signing off never to return to the location again. Iām just not that desperate to pay for cold food, mediocre service and be treated less than average. Iām sure this will be read and the response will be but he tipped me okay. Iām a 30 year veteran of hospitality and I tip no matter the service level. I blame the mangers who allow this poor service behavior to fester in their environment when theyāre in a role to make a difference for their crew and customers.
Iām...
