I went to this location on 8/21/25 and ordered through the drive through. Of course an attendant came up to my car to take my order but I wasn’t given any time to look at the menu on the back of her tablet. I was rushed so that made for a bad experience. I placed my order and waited in line until I made it to the window to get my food. There was a young lady with very long braid that practically shoved my food to me. Very nasty attitude. I told her I was missing my ice cream and so she gave me a nasty look and turned around and asked an attendant if she could give it to me….mind you I didn’t ask for anything I didn’t pay for. She never asked me to specify what type of ice cream so I assumed maybe she had known. She gave me the ice cream cup but I was missing my toppings. So I told her again that I was missing my toppings and she rudely stated that she didn’t even see ice cream with cookies on my receipt. That made me very uneasy and nervous because in all my years of supporting chick fil lay, I’ve never been treated or talked to in this manner. So I told her that it wasn’t my fault that her colleague forgot to add a description but I did in fact pay for what I was asking for. She stepped away and made it over and then proceeded to shove it in my hand again. I have footage from my badge camera that I would like to share. However, I will never, ever support this location again. The young lady was very rude and as soon as I’m able to speak with the person in charge I will gladly share the footage. Do better chick fil lay because with an employee like this, I’m certain she’s gonna scare all your customers away. She would never work...
Read moreI never could have imagined writing a review like this for Chick Fil A but this location has to do better. Last night my family and I and went through the drive through only to be told it would take a few minutes in fresh nuggets. No problem. We pulled around, out meql was shortly brought out fresh nuggets for the kids and Cobb salads for my husband and I. Get back to the room only to see that we received the most lackluster salad. I was floored. Didn’t worry about it even after my husband asked repeatedly if I wanted to take it back. Fast forward to this morning. We went back through the drive thru again barely missing breakfast ordered out lunch items, repeated the order along with condiments and drinks. Got to the window, paid for the order, receive drink, bag #1, peek in no condiments, bag #2 peek in saw missing some condiments, husband asks “Did they put the condiments in the bag” as she hands him the last bag, Young lady says “I really don’t know what they put on your order” Seriously.... The fact that I had such a horrible experience with this place I really don’t want someone else to experience what I did. I called numerous times and left messages to be able to get more information to continue with the new hire process but every time I called I was given the run around telling me “oh she’s here but can’t talk” or “oh I’ll just leave a message” always a different story, I would even contact the hiring manager herself but she NEVER returned any calls or text.. and wasted 3 weeks of my time and caused me to reject many opportunities by giving me false hope. I thought chick fil a is big on kindness but I guess that was a lie too, this place management is a complete joke.
