Got to the drive-thru at about 8PM, no cars in line. Pull up to the window, "Hello, Welcome to Jack's". I ask "I had seen on the side of the building something about dinner deals. What's that about?" At first, no response, then "What?". I repeat, and then they explain. I respond, "Okay, give me just a moment to look over the menu again, and I'll order." This is the point of which I am aware this person at the window is doing the most. Every 5 or 6 seconds after that interaction, "Welcome to Jack's, can I take your order?" Over and over again with chuckling in the background. I get to the window, and she tells me they don't have tea. You're telling me you don't have tea, and yall are open for a couple more hours? That seems like an oversight. I don't mention it and just ask if I can do the iced coffee I ordered as the drink on the combo I ordered. Charged and gave me two iced coffees. At this point, I gave up trying to talk with this lady and took my order and left.
I recommend this restaurant only during day shift. Night crew is not customer service friendly, nor did they seem to care about what I wanted to order; they were just ready to get me out of the way. I understand it's drive-thru, but there was only one vehicle that pulled up AFTER my order that I had seen, and I wasn't exactly rude. I could understand getting attitude if I had been out of line, but that's not the case. Night crews generally are less staffed, and this location has NOT properly...
Read moreInconsistent. I ordered a cheeseburger/w fries on my first visit. The cheeseburger was fairly good as I remember. The fries were okay, nothing special. On second visit, my wife and I ordered basically the same thing for both of us. I ordered inside this time. After struggling with the associate on what was the best way to use their specials, I started getting irritated with him. He wasn’t much help and didn’t seem to care. I finally gave up asking about things and placed an order for cheeseburger and fries. I watched him pull the sandwiches from the already cooked bin and place them in the bag. We live less than five minutes away from the restaurant, so we took the takeout home to eat. The cheeseburger was so cold and greasy that it made both of ill. Greasy sandwiches and cold fries. Later in the week, I decided to try one more time while on my way picking my granddaughter up from school. I used my reward points and got a Jacks burger in the drive through. My plan was to eat the burger while waiting for her to get out of school. Much to my surprise, my bag contains another greasy cheeseburger, not a the nice fresh Jack’s burger I was expecting. I’m done with Jack’s. I gave them enough chances. They can keep any reward point I may have. I...
Read moreI went through the drive through line at around 11:40ish and I sat at the speaker for like 3 minutes without hearing anything and i didn’t want to be rude and yell to get my order taken if they were just busy, but the line started to get long so I said hello and was told “I was waiting on you ma’am” For 3 minutes??? Then I get to the window and the lady at the window didn’t say anything so I handed her my card and grabbed my drink (just like I do everyday I eat there bc I work next door) and as the window shuts I hear her yelling about how I snatched it from her.. so I’m confused and comfortable at this point so I grab my food without even thinking about anything but leaving and say thank you go to drive off and she says something along the lines if “so you’re gonna drive off without your card after snatching that bag” and I’m now arguing with this woman at the window about snatching and she’s yelling at me… I have never in my life experienced something so ridiculous. So I call and talk to the manager who obviously has an attitude and is “sorry about that” and was “standing right there”…. Then you should also know that it was not the way you treat anyone much less a customer. No one made these people pick that...
