I get that the environment, customers, fellow employees etc. can be stressful, but the attitude from the manager was unnaceptable. I could tell there was an issue with an employee walking to the back, outside, and leaving the front unnatended. It was stressing the manager out and he walked out for a break. Nobody was at the front. I noticed another guy waiting for his food in front of me, and he seemed like he'd been waiting for some time and got his food about 10 minutes after I arrived. I didn't notice the employees cooking anything, so I politely asked the manager about how long the wait might be. I only asked because I figured if there was an issue and it would take 20-30 more minutes for a pizza and some cheese bread, I would just go somewhere else. She said "ma'am it takes 11 minutes to cook a pizza, it'll be out when it's ready" in a rude tone and walked away. Five minutes later, another employee handed me my order. When I tried to explain that one of my items was wrong, the manager told the other employee to "give her whatever she had so she can go" . Again, rude. Before that, she was complaining about another customer within earshot of other customers in the store. If a manager can't handle simple issues during a shift without having a nasty attitude towards employees and customers, they shouldn't be a manager. The manager was on shift January 6th...
Read moreWe placed an order at this location through Uber Eats. took well over an hour of no update and no delivery for us to start to question what exactly was the issue, we contacted this location to see if the food was picked up (if not we had no issue going and getting it as it was almost 8pm at this point) sat on hold for over 20 mins until “Daniel” answered the phone. we asked our questions and he told us our food was still there but never asked for a name for our order so we instantly didn’t believe him. when my husband questioned him about the name on the order he hung up on us!!(we were fed up and went to go pick it up ourselves) I called back and spoke to a really nice woman who told me she would get me connected to the manager, waited another 15 mins with no answer! this place is...
Read moreThis Litte Caesars needs a new owner. It's owned by an absentee franchisee that doesn't care about customer service. Tried to call in an order an hour before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Tried to submit an order online and they had stopped accepting orders for the night. So I went to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. Hot n Ready guarantee is a joke. They only had one pizza not one type but one single pizza ready and were not cooking anymore so I reluctantly accepted a plain $5.99 pepperoni pizza. Little Caesars in West Point is owned by a gentleman in Starkville and so much better. They should let him buy the Starkville location so it would be managed as...
